We rented a 2016 HD Ultra Limited for the special price of $ 99 for 24 hours. The overall rental process was smooth and painless. Jeff was extremely helpful giving us some ideas where to ride and sights to see. The dealership was very friendly and answered all the questions we had and even said they would beat any price from any dealer. We were unable to test this claim but will keep it in mind when I’m in the market. If you’re interested in touring Tennessee, Alabama or Kentucky this is a great way to do it.

We were very impressed with this Harley Dealership. Kerry took very good care of us today. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right bike. After that, the rest of the team welcomed us to the Harley family.

I was out in Murfreesboro, TN visiting my in-​laws when I came to find out about Harley Davidson bike rentals. I tried calling a couples times but just decided to go down to the dealership. Honestly I was a little hesitant to rent a bike that’s not normally in my comfort zone. I met with Tammy who runs the rental department, she was very nice and professional, answered all my questions and concerns. She took me through a effortless process to rent the motorcycle. The whole staff in general at this dealership was very nice and helpful.
After riding a Harley Davidson for 2 days through the back roads and hills of TN I can definitely say I am a convert to HD! Thanks again Tammy for taking a few minutes to reassure this rider. I look forward to coming back here to experience all the different Harley’s you offer and of course to purchase a bike the next time I’m in the market for one!

I worked with Jeff and he did a great job of helping us find the right bike for us. He answered my texts for the entire week leading up to my purchase even when they were at ridiculous hours. We bonded over guns, Harleys, and little dogs. He is an asset to your team and made it as seamless as a process could be. He delivered on every promise and never balked once. A true man of his word. He even helped me follow up with the original owner of the bike to figure out some of its quirks. I couldn’t have been happier with him and the way he treated my family.
Jordan on the repair side was very accommodating as well and did his part to sell me on the dealership. His answers were very straight up to any question I had and he made me feel I could trust your dealership if I would ever need a repair.
Trinity and Ben were really special. Trinity did an incredible job of not making me feel stupid, even when my questions were. She never talked down to me when I’d ask beginner questions in reference to bike upgrading options and made me feel comfortable enough that I wouldn’t hesitate to do all my business through your dealership. She is an absolute doll and very patient. Ben shared a lot of knowledge with me about bikes and accessories. He was quick to shoot me straight about any questions I had which is rare these days. Both are absolute aces

I have been to several different Harley Davidson’s shops around several states. This shop has amazing customer service and they sales associates are ver knowledgable. Great experience with this HD location.

I would prefer to give no stars; however the sales staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was extremely disappointed on this dealership’s pricing.

We all know that anything HD is overpriced, even at MSRP. This dealership has chosen to sell their wares above that price. They didn’t even bother hiding the lesser price that HD deems appropriate. I felt their blatant disregard for MSRP was an insult to my Intelligence.

It has been 30 years since I road so I went to a bike night that HD Cool Springs put on. After meeting and talking to Jason the GM and Rich the owner they made me feel right at home. I took the safety and the instructors were great. They were really concerned about riding safe and I still use way I learned every day I ride.
I bought my first Harley a 2006 Sportster. They made is easy and I could tell everyone I met at the dealership cared. I was told I was now «part of the family». At first I thought they just said that to make me feel good about buying my bike there. Every time I stopped in everyone was so friendly and even remembered my name from the parts department to Larry B in service.
6 months later I upgrade to a Heritage Softail Classic. The deal I got was unreal and then I understood what they meant when they said «I was family » This dealership has so much to offer and always has events and sessions where you can learn more about the Harley Experience. if your looking about buying a Harley you owe it to yourself to stop in and give them a shot.

I live about 15 minutes from Columbia Harley Davidson, but it’s worth the hour drive to do business with first class operation that cares about its customers. You won’t find a better HD dealership anywhere in Tennessee.

Had a great experience here. Went in to sign up for the safety course and got to talking with Pam after I paid and everything was set up. She passed me along to Leah, explaining that each department specializes in what they do and since she worked in store she wasn’t as knowledgable as the sales people. Leah was great! Very friendly, very knowledgeable and if she didn’t know the answer to a question, she went to someone to find out and didn’t feed me any bull. After explaining what I was looking for and my price range, she knew where to take me and would you know it, I found «my» bike. A few accessories later with the parts department and I had bought my first Harley. Parts arrived quickly and were installed quickly and professionally. Very very satisfied customer. And the safety course was fun too. Trish is hard on you, but it’s for your own good. Listen to her and pay attention to her and you’ll be good to go. Don’t take it personally if she yells at you as she did to me on a few occasions. Remember if you’re new to the sport, it’s very fun, and can be very dangerous. So she tries to prepare you as much as she can within the confines of a parking lot and 2 and a half days of instruction. Dennis, her teaching partner for the weekend is also extremely good. He is way more laid back (more my kind of style) and has been riding for years so he is very knowledgeable. If you really listen to and apply what they are telling you, you’ll have fun, and you’ll be that much more ready to take to the streets.

Usually go to Murfreesboro for H-​D shopping, but since Betsy has been there I have started shopping here again sometimes, but the selection of #Motorclothes at #Bumpus is better. Everything is OVERPRICED everywhere if it has H-​D on it. I took my Safety Course here to get my M and LOVED Denise and Trish… really good instructors… Denise is a hoot… love her!!!

A place that takes care of it’s customers should have better reviews than Cool Springs Harley-​Davidson does on Unilocal.I’m going to play the « Unilocal Review Batman» and be the caped crusader that saves the day by gaining this dealership a customer or two.
I have been to a lot of Harley Dealerships. My first Harley was bought from a good high-​volume dealership in L.A. and my parts for said bike came from a smaller-​town dealership in St. Petersburg, FL. I’d like to think that Cool Springs Harley is comfortable nestled in between both of those in terms of volume and feel.
I set out to buy another Harley. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I wasn’t going to settle. Imagine my surprise as I got a call from my step-​dad (as he was buying his 2014 Street Glide) that Cool Springs H-​D has the exact bike that I dreamed up. It was no more than a day after he bought his from Cool Springs H-​D that I, too, bought a brand new Street Bob from «Senior».
H-​D dealers are based upon a scale. They ask you to «give them tens» if they’ve answered all of your questions, helped you the way that you needed to be helped, and basically made your experience the best one that it could be.
Needless to say. I have them 10s.
I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the area looking for a new H-​D. If not for environment, layout of the store, distance, etc… do it for the service. They are top notch and will make sure that you get what you need.

Purchased my HD 2010 Road Glide from Brandon all over the phone and they delivered it directly to my doorsteps. Brandon made the process easy and seamless as possible. Two drawbacks were that we agreed to have them throw in delivery at no extra charge but I ended up paying for delivery in the end and they did not provide me with an owners manual for the bike when delivered. Not good. The bike however was better than expected.

This I the worst service I have ever had at an HD store. I will not be back.
