Older property and there were not that many guest which I find hard to believe for Franklin, TN and next door to Galleria Mall. We were upgraded to a suite(Diamond member) which was nice of the front desk clerk and I also used my reward points for a one night stay but will not be returning to this property. There was something all over one wall looked like maybe a soft drink so I cleaned the area. The air conditioner which is a floor unit did not work in the living room area. Overall the room just felt dirty. Hampton Inns vary at different locations some good some bad this one not so good.

Very nice property. Nice suite and they upgrade me as a Honors member. Alleyways clean. the issuebis competition. I had reserved another for $ 30 less but chose this one. Yet some trip I may decide to take the savings! And this property win’t accept my dog Siberia in a local kennel– another expense. I love the area.

I think the majority of the reviews on this location are spot on. This is not a good property. I was stuck in a handicap room last evening(which I normally have no problem with!!). The shower made it impossible for water not to travel out and soak the bathroom floor. I spent 10 minutes sopping up water. There are many places to stay. This should be on the bottom of your list.

Not a great Hampton property. The rooms are just«ok» — average sized, but the furniture was pretty played out(stains in the couch — yuk!). Cleanliness was just«ok» too — some of the pillowcases had barks on them(clean, but marked up) and the bathroom had some moldy grout. There’s not much in the way of amenities either — no shuttle, no fridges/microwaves in the room, etc. There are some restaurants within walking distance, but it would be best to have a car if you’re staying here. Be warned that the restaurant next door(Jonathan’s) is unaccountably popular so it may be hard to find parking. Finally — the service here is pretty bad. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk — I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up so I could check in. On the way out, I tried to call the front desk for a taxi to the airport and got a busy signal repeatedly. I ended up having to go down & then got major attitude from the guy at the desk. «You should have called down» Yep — tried that for 15 min before coming down in person… he didn’t have a witty response to that. There are several other hotels nearby & I’d advise booking with one of them. This property just isn’t great and it’s overpriced to boot.

I travel a lot for work and stay in Hampton Inns all the time so I was shocked that unless you get a suite there is no fridge or microwave in your room. They are unable to give you either on request because they are full size. This is the first and only HI that didn’t offer them in all rooms. It does not say on the website that your standard room does not have them. If they are going to be different than every other HI they should state that. I got to have my stuff for my breakfast smoothie housed behind the front desk which I had to make two trips each morning since I had my blender in the room then had to return what need to go back in the fridge. Not to mention microwaving my turkey sausage at the snack bar. If you don’t need those amenities it is fine but for business travelers it stinks. Also, as a diamond member I wasn’t offered my welcome«gifts» finally went to ask for them and got treated like I was being ridiculous. I won’t ever be back here again. The front desk guy told me next time book a suite, well the suites are too high for my per diem; I told him that and so I wouldn’t be back and he was like okay whatever. I was never mean or rude, I was irritated but I guess I excepted better customer service. Very disappointed!

Spotlessly clean and everything you could want in an overnight stay. We had a suite, and for $ 130, I was blown away. Neutrogena bath products, duvets washed for every new guest, separate sitting area, a kitchen with fridge, microwave, 2 top stove, and a garbage disposal. Communal dining area downstairs with plenty of fruit, danishes, and hot breakfast items. Free WiFi & great proximity to restaurants!

I stay at Hamptons all the time and am a diamond member. So, I know what to expect when it comes to the breakfast bar. This hotel’s breakfast was even crappier than usual if I can use that word. The boxed cheesy omelets were burnt and so was the bacon. Not that they are any more appetizing when they’re done right, but come on! The breakfast at Hampton hotels doesn’t really add any value. Unless you want to make a waffle or have some cereal, you might as well just make breakfast plans at a local restaurant.

Hampton Inn’s are great. They’re clean, modern, and really give you the best bang for your buck. Usually I’d award them with 4 – 5 stars but I’d have to dock the Franklin sector a few points for my sleepless nights. My room was facing the interstate and was extremely loud. I tried sleeping with the pillows over my head and hoped that my tired state would help me fall asleep. Unfortunately nothing worked until I asked for a room change the following morning. I was placed in a room adjacent to my last room for a «quieter experience.» While it was quieter than the last room, I could still hear the highway. The only way I was able to drown it out was to leave on the tv or turn up the A/C. Sadly, my coworkers had the same experience. While the service, comp breakfast and wifi are all great, the location ruined it. If you end up staying here in the future, ask for a room by «Jonathan“s restaurant. That’s the quieter side of the hotel.

This is not the best Hampton Inn I’ve been to, but it’s ok. It’s close to a lot of shopping and minutes away from Nashville. I only spent one night here since I was traveling to Ohio. It was expensive for a Hampton Inn I must say, but it’s probably because of the location. This hotel is very much like every other Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. They offer free wireless and the connection was very strong. They also have free breakfast every morning. The coffee always tastes terrible, but everything is ok. It’s free. can’t really complain much there. Parking is atrocious and sometimes the parking spots are taken up by people going to the restaurant next door. The rooms are very minimally decorated which I like. The bed was comfy and the linens smelled fresh and clean. The shower had excellent pressure which is a big plus for me. What I did not like is that you can hear everything that is going on around you. Needless to say I did not have a decent sleep and was not rested at all which was the whole point of stopping at Franklin. I do not recommend based on the parking availability and unacceptable level of noise.

My 3 night stay here last week was a little disappointing. Although the rooms and lobby look really nice, the rest was not great. I will say that the location is convenient to plenty of restaurants, shopping, a mall, etc. But the rooms book quickly and are more expensive than they should be, I assume due to the busy area. I ended up with a double bed room just for myself. And the room was two double beds, not queens. And even with smaller beds and just a chair instead of a small couch, the room felt very cramped. No refrigerator or microwave in the room, so there’s no way to keep drinks or food leftovers. The mattress was not very comfortable, and I heard a lot of noises from surrounding rooms. The most disturbing was that for two of my nights, I could hear someone snoring in the next room. The night I didn’t hear that, I did hear people in the suite next door preparing stuff in the kitchen. I was also a little irritated when I first got to the hotel to check in, the desk clerk was clearly in the middle of doing something. But instead of glancing up to let me know he would be with me shortly, he just ignored me standing there until he finished whatever he was doing and then acknowledged me. I wasn’t in a hurry or anything, and don’t expect to be fawned over by hotel staff, but acknowledging your guest ASAP is a simple rule of good customer service. First impressions… This Hampton Inn would be ok for a short stay if you’re doing something in the area and if you’re not a light sleeper, but I’ll continue looking for better options around Franklin.

Still have not heard anything from this hotel or the Hilton Honors program. Poor customer service for sure!
