Do not buy a Drees home. They may look nice but they build like crap and put cheap systems and appliances. My 4 ½ year old house had cracks in wall repaired 4 times in a year. I had to hire my own engineer. Found out structural problem.
Cheap AC /​Heat system is crap and AC has been a problem from day 2.
Now $ 1,000 repair after 4 years?
4 year old double oven they insisted brands broken now for weeks.
Just a garbage house. I’ve owned 2 older houses and 3 new ones.
Run away.
