Second time trying this place and not a pleasant experience.
I don’t get manicures& pedicures a lot but often enough to know the rules and what to expect — tech doesn’t speak to you much, they’re trying to move quick to get to next client etc. I get that and I’m good with it.
The tech that worked on me today was an older lady and either was having a bad day or is just a curmudgeon.
Her only comment to me was what number service did I want. She then went about her business and let me just say. I’ve been handled more gently by the NYPD than this lady.
We got to manicure and I showed here were I had a hang nail and pulled it and it was infected, swollen and sore. I guess she took that to mean please squeeze the living hell out of that finger. I asked if she could clip away the cuticle so the infection would go away and she said «go see Dr. «
So $ 47 and a throbbing finger later I left and can’t say I’ll be back.
Rushed service. Rude /​rough tech staff and pricey.

I remember when Deluxe Nails & Spa opened. To date I’ve been back to see Tyler and his team too many times to count. Customer service is very important to me and one of the reasons I continue to go back. Tyler, Tam, Travis, Mr T– they’re all great at what they do and very kind as well. My favorite is the gel manicure! Highly recommend.
Tyler has helped me pick colors, explained what he’s doing when he fixes my cracked nail, and always makes sure I’m happy with everything before I leave.
Deluxe Nails & Spa is a very peaceful and relaxing place with massage chairs and pleasant music. Located off hwy 96 in Franklin, I don’t have to go into the Cool Springs traffic!
I highly recommend you go get your nails done here! You will leave happy!

I finally thought I found a place to go to after owning my own salon which I have sold. To much tension there the owner is to over acting. I had to get my nails filled after a week and you can see a line. I gave done nails for 30 years not a good place to go.

I had a really disappointing experience here today, which is frustrating because I’ve been coming here for the occasional manicure or pedicure for about a year and unfortunately I won’t be back. I went it for a simple manicure and it was a disaster. All of my nails were jagged and rough at the ends, like they were filed with a chainsaw. I mentioned it to the manager, who told me it was an easy fix and buffed the ends for a few seconds. When I left they were still rough and the polish was smudged. I went home and immediately removed the polish and had to cut my nails. And I tipped $ 7 on an $ 18 manicure because I paid beforehand! The whole thing was just a colossal waste of time and money.

Today was my first time visiting «Deluxe Nails & Spa». I was really looking forward to coming after reading the reviews online. However, my experience wasn’t so pleasant. My nail tech was very nice & friendly, however, I specifically asked if Shellac polish was included in the package that I chose (45 dollar package), he told me that shellac polish was included! When it was time to check out, he charged me a total of 67 dollars! At this point, he informed me that shellac was an additional 20 dollars. I reminded him that he informed me when I initially asked that shellac was included. There was no misunderstanding whatsoever,(no language barriers), this guy spoke perfectly clear English! I just feel that he tried to get over on me. He apologized but even with his apology I still paid the additional 20 dollars. I’m NOT very happy with being misinformed or the quality of the service provided, he cut my toenails entirely too short, I also have polish on my skin and the corners/​sides of my toe nails are missing polish/​not filled in. I will not be visiting this business as a result of such poor service and I will be writing reviews on every site to make sure others are informed. This is the most expensive pedicure I ever had with the worst quality! Needless to say. I WONT BE BACK! This place only received 1 star because I don’t have the option to rate it 0.

Tam cut me and made me bleed while carelessly chopping at my cuticles and didn’t even offer me a discount or anything. My cuticle is still inflamed and hurts! Never going back

I have been to a few places in Cool Springs and decided I would try this place. Don’t look any further! They are amazing. Great prices and even better service. Wonderful!

I never write reviews but after reading all the reviews about this salon I decided to give it a try. I am writing this review so that doesn’t happen to someone else. Maybe I came in with too high expectations from all the glowing reviews but I can honestly say they are nothing spectacular. I had the deluxe pedicure and wasn’t pleased. The tech didn’t seem to really know what he was doing just going through the motions. He cut my toenails way too short and I left with Polish on my skin. Then he overcharged me! The menu clearly states $ 32 if you pay cash which I did and he charged me $ 34. I will not be back to this salon.

Poor communication skills but the salon atmosphere was fantastic! There is an option for every budget and there wasn’t a wait. I got the $ 40 pedicure, it was totally worth the price!!! There is a HUGE discount when you use cash, so I will definitely remember that for next time. This has potential to become my regular place ;)

Love this place… Everyone is so nice!!! Lots of options on different types of pedicures. The nail techs Are all very talented and knowledgable and love to use there talents to be creative in doing new trends and making your nails unique… I have had so many compliments on my nails since I started using them. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you want… Satisfaction guaranteed!!! Great customer service!!! They also provide other spa services such as facials and Waxing… They give you a menu of all their services which is nice because I don’t know how many times I have gone to a place and not know what all you could have done and the cost of each service… AND, if you pay cash you get a discount!!! They have a frequent shopper coupon and they also have one of the largest selections of polishes around. They have the largest gel polish section I have seen anywhere. You should give them a try for sure !!!

I took my daughter and her friend in to get the princess manicure for my daughter’s birthday. They were truly treated like princesses! I was only expecting it to be a manicure but it ended up being a mani/​pedi and they got the full treatment pedicure and 2 designs on their fingers and toes. It was so great, my daughter said at least three times that she wants to go back next year!

I had to have a new set of pink and white put on after the set I had put on at another salon kept popping off.
Tyler was spectacular. A perfectionist! The same can be said for Tommy! Amazing work.
The salon is clean, the atmosphere warm and inviting and the technicians are all friendly.
Happy to have found a new nail salon.

This place is the best in Franklin! So many gel color selections, the best customer service, and the quality is amazing! I am in and out in under an hour (perfect because I go on my lunch break). My nails last longer than two weeks every time I get them done! AND… they have a customer card. You get it signed every time you get your nails done and get $ 10 off your 7^th visit. Love this place! Tyler is the best!

This was my first visit to this salon for a mani & pedi. I was happy to see my favorite OPI colors were available. I was very satisfied with the service and will return. It’s a very comfortable and relaxing environment.

This was my first time as I just needed a polish change for my toes. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman and was a little shocked at the price of $ 12 for a polish change. Their usually $ 8-​$ 10, but I was in a hurry so I continued. The first disappointment was their lack of selection of nail polish. I was looking for a bright pink fun summer color and they had nothing in the OPI or Essie brand. They had some other cheap nail polishes but I did not want to use those. I was seated quickly and noticed the female doing my toes was not using a divider between my toes. This concerned me as I did not want to smudge my polish. Then right after polishing my toes she wanted to put my sandals on with no dividers, I told her no thanks and asked where a dryer was and walked across the salon in my bare feet so I didn’t smudge my polish. Once I got back to work I noticed polish on my skin at the top of my toes. So needless to say for $ 12 and not much polish selection, no toe dividers, and polish on my skin, I will not be back. Their customer service was nice but not enough to bring this customer back.

Was very happy with the pedi and mani that I received at Deluxe Nails! They did mess up a little on the polish when doing the pedi — but I mentioned that it was uneven near the cuticle and that lady graciously fixed it. Overall it was a very nice experience and the atmosphere was so peaceful.
