Big Cat Coffees

If you have a Keurig coffee brewer & want to get a good deal on k-​cups then you should check out Big Cat Coffee. I’ve been ordering from them for a couple of years now & they never disappoint. Their customer service & shipping have been excellent & their pricing is great. Big Cat’s extensive k-​cup selection is great, they have many varities I’ve never seen in stores & most come in boxes of (24) for $ 13.75, some brands like Starbucks are a little more. They also carry alot of coffee supplies, teas & a few snack items.
They also offer a neat way to sample different varieties without having to buy a whole box with their «Purr-​Fect Pack», you build your own box by choosing (5) different varieties of k-​cups & you get (5) of each in there for $ 16.95.
Shipping is free on orders of $ 75 or more, all other orders ship for $ 7.95. I have a couple of other family members that order with me so between the three of us we have no problem having enough to get free shipping.
Every order I’ve ever gotten from Big Cat has always had a «Thank You» card, a single free sample k-​cup & a pack of Smarties sweet tart candy, todays order also had a new Big Cat Coffee refrigerator magnet included. They do a geeat job giving each order a personal touch.

UPDATE:
I recently had issues with BigCatCoffee, however, after leaving a review on their web page I was told I would get a call back today 4÷30÷14. They followed through and Shannon called me back and rectified the issue with the miscommunication in regards to shipping addresses and I was able to inform my previous landlord the new tenants have been taking our packages which UPS confirmed were left at the actual apartment door which UPS is still working on locating. In the meantime a new package is set to be delivered to the correct address.
I am going to say that I will definitely continue being a customer with this company and give Shannon an A++ for handling this oddball delivery issue. THANK YOU!
I would rate BigCatCoffee with 5 stars had it not been for what had happened with a different sales/​customer service rep.
PREVIOUS :
I ordered coffee 4÷16÷14 and had never received it so I called the customer service line on 4÷25÷14 and informed the Rep of the situation. She looked in the system and confirmed my new address, which I told her was correct. The package had been delivered to my old address and was apparently left on the porch by UPS. I contacted the landlord and the package was apparently never delivered there according to him since he knocked on all of the doors of the current tenants. In the mean time the rep stated the package would be replaced and should be on our doorstep Monday as UPS performed an investigation to locate the lost package to return to the company.
After discussing the address change as the rep VERIFIED the address on file with me I ASSUMED the package would be delivered to the CORRECT address this time around as I must not have corrected the shipping address the first time, as we had recently moved into a house…
Monday rolled around and I never received a package so I called again Tuesday and the same rep stated she would look in to it. Apparently UPS dropped the package off AGAIN at our old address, even after confirming with the rep from BigCatCoffee my correct address, as on file. I drove by the apartment and THERE WAS NO PACKAGE ON THE FRONT STEPS.
After calling BigCatCoffee BACK and speaking with the same rep I let her know there was no package on the porch to my old apartment nor had anything been left at our current address. The apartment I lived in had a front door you could not access without a key so the chances of a UPS delivery person getting in was not likely unless the door was left slightly ajar.
The sales/​customer service rep stated she would call me back in 20 minutes and she stood true to her word. I was hoping for some good news regarding what was going on because I had spent over $ 50 on K-​Cups and creamers. Basically the package was AGAIN delivered to my OLD address, even though it was NOT on the front porch and I did not think there was a way inside the building.
The rep actually blamed ME, stating that when we spoke and I told her everything was correct she mailed the second package. I won’t get my coffee unless UPS can find the missing packages that, according to my previous landlord, were never delivered in the first place. I had never had any issues with packages when I lived in that building so I am finding all of this hard to believe.
I confirmed our new and correct address over the phone, which she told me was on file, — NOT the old address. I THOUGHT when she was verifying the information she was checking the mailing AND billing address. I am so frustrated and obviously caffeine deprived.
REGARDLESS of the address situation, as I am still in contact with the landlord who walked around the premises NO PACKAGES WERE DELIVERED at the old or current address. I have no idea where the packages were even delivered and I get blamed for the miscommunication. Frusterating.

I have been ordering my keurig Kcups from this place for 2 years. Amazing. I placed my order less than 24 hours ago and it already arrived. They must be psychic or something and knew I was going to order because I can’t explain how else it could have arrived so quickly. Loveeeee this place. Free shipping on orders over $ 75, they send you promotional codes for your birthday, and you get a percentage off when you refer people. Why anyone would buy from the store or anywhere else online boggles my mind. Love love love.

I found Big Cat through my Dad… who is a loyal customer! I live in R.I. and will certainly pass the info along about Big Cat! I love the selection, and yes, the customer service was terrific on my first visit today! I can’t wait to try my new flavors!!!

BigCat is an online store that specializes in K-​Cup coffees for the Keurig coffee makers. In addition to coffees, they offer K-​Cups for tea, chai, and hot chocolate. They offer a great selection of brands such as Caribou, Celestial Seasonings, Green Mountain, Ghirardelli, Wolfgang Puck, etc.
The prices are very reasonable. A box of 24 will cost in the ballpark of $ 13, and there is free shipping if you order $ 75 or more. Every time I order, I get my package in just a few days. I’ve been using BigCat for about a year, and have never had a bad experience.
