My husband was sent here yesterday. His blood pressure was pretty high. Dr. gave him bp meds. Told him to take them for 3 days. He is having eye surgery on Wed. Didn’t advise him to come back in a few weeks or so to recheck his blood pressure. I don’t understand this.
Called a few hours after he was seen here to see if they faxed over the papers to clear my husband for surgery. I caught a VERY NASTY attitude from the woman who answered the phone. All I did was ask when the papers would be faxed over, and that he needed his medical clearance by yesterday the latest… People who work in the medical profession should be kind and understanding, not nasty to patients. This woman needs to lose the attitude.
