FRANKLIN CATERERS

I just left an event at Franklin caterers and I could NOT wait to write how TERRIBLE I repeat TERRIBLE the experience was. The so called owner was RUDE beyond anything I or the other coworkers I was with have ever experienced from the moment we walked through the doors. The staff that worked there was unaccommodating every time we needed something we were given an attitude. The owner didn’t even know who booked us for the event and then proceeded to make EVERYONE uncomfortable with his DISGUSTING attitude. He didn’t help us with anything we asked for because «this is not his event». Also the other manager or person in charge was drinking and staring at the women and underage girls making them uncomfortable he should really have gotten punched in the face for being such a CREEP!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NO ONE SHOULD EVEN THINK OF HOLDING ANY TYPE OF EVENT HERE DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME

Had a new years eve party at Franklin Caterers for about 70 people. Absolutely perfect! Food was great, nice big room. HUGE selection of top shelf liquor (Goose, Ketel One, Absolute, etc…) Would absolutely consider this for future parties. Great venue at a great price!

I have never had a more terrible experience with a business owner in my life. DO NOT book a party here.
The owner who runs the parties and also manages the floor during the party was under the influence of alcohol and possibly drugs. He yelled at our vendors and screamed at guests. He also physically pushed a 13 year old child out the door because he was letting the air conditioning out. I know it’s tempting to book a party here because the prices are so cheap but as my wise husband says, «if you pay with bananas you get monkeys!»
Skip this ape because he is a bad business owner, ungracious host, and possibly a psychopath.
