Fantastic Nail III & Spa

Needed fast mani. Girl was fast and good but didn’t talk to me once. Only spoke to staff in her language. I asked if she spoke English she looked at me funny. She said yes but laughed with other girls. Very rude. Nothing fantastic about this place. They don’t make u feel special at all. Massage was 5sec too

I used to go here for years. My nail girl left and I stayed with someone else. First few times were ok, then the treatment went downhill. I was there on time for my appointment and they decided to take a WALK IN before me and never apologized and made ME LATE for my dinner reservations. Ridiculous! I was shocked. I was on time for my appointment! Not to mention I tip way to much all the time. I guess my tips didn’t matter. First off… this nail salon is the most UNRELAXING salon ever! It’s basically a party for all of the workers to sit around and bullcrap all while doing everyone’s nails. What happened to peace and quiet? This isn’t meant to be a social event for all of the workers. We are the customers!!! Let us relax after a long day of work, not be irritated by the ladies screaming across the room in Mandarin and laughing loudly all over the place. Glad I moved on to another place… Ladies save yourself the aggravation! Don’t go here!

Came here for a manicure and pedicure and I must say that these people don’t know anytime about doing nails. The girl don’t put any effort into getting the nails done and they scrub your foot like they have no life. I won’t come back here. So disappointed.

So disappointing! I have gone to this nail salon from time to time and every time I go I ask myself why did I go there? First of all, although the ladies in there are kind and nice for the most part they do not go above and beyond in a way that makes a nail salon exceptional. I would think that I would not have to ask the person giving me my pedicure to scrub my feet rather than simply pass the scrubber over my feet. Sadly, each time I have gone for a gel manicure and been told that it should last a week to two weeks I have not gotten my money’s worth. I should not have to leave the salon feeling that the polish had been diluted and is not of top quality. When the polish is CRACKING on the same day I got the manicure it is not a good sign and I will not return to Fantastic Nails. What a shame that there isn’t a quality salon I can rely on around. smh

Second time here. The staff is great! I recommend this place. They treat you well and kind. Very respectful and warming place.

I do like the girls there but I don’t like having to ask before a pedicure for them to clean and «disinfect» the tub. It should be done automatically. I think the place could be a lot cleaner. With all bacteria out there these days, everything should be disinfected and kept immaculate.

These ladies are absolutely amazing. They tend to you right away as soon as you enter. The prices are moderate but the care is worth it. They are clean and the design is so modern and beautiful. I like how the pedicure section is towards the back and has a little division from the manicure front section. So there is a little element of privacy.
The variety of services from pedicures (different kinds) to Manicures, and massages and waxing is just right. Such a relaxed atmosphere.
