This location has the worst customer service. If the staff listened more then I’m sure I wouldn’t be wasting 3 dollars and change every time I go here. I’m not going back due to the fact my coffee is always wrong.

As someone who never drinks coffee, I rarely visit donut shops. However, today I needed a box of munchkins for my students and I wanted to get a sandwich for breakfast. With only three people on line and one woman waiting, rolling her eyes and mumbling negative comments, it was apparent that all the other bad reviews about this Dunkin’ Donuts are true and on display daily. The sandwich was yummy and I’m sure my kids will enjoy the munchkins. However, the service here is really pitiful. Can only imagine what it would be like if they actually got a line of people. But presumably they have already chased most regulars away to other DND’s It must be that the owners of this franchise do not read Unilocal and other social media or they would clearly make changes. Either way, doesn’t affect my life much and as a final commentary let me just explain that there were nine coins in the usually stuffed tip mug. And just one of them was a quarter.

Every time I go here, I get terrible customer service. I went there this morning and I was just trying to explain to the person that it says on the combo that the meal automatically comes with hash browns and I did not get those. They them proceeded to tell me it doesn’t come with it and its extra. I have never had this issue at any other Dunkin donuts before and the whole this g just aggravated me and my sister. You don’t go to Wendy’s and get a combo meal and have to pay extra for fries it just does not make sense.

This dunkin has the worst staff, so rude for absolutely no reason. They messed up my order 3 times, gave me watered down coffee, and gave me an attitude. I wish I could give them –1 star. I would recommend going to a different location. And when I wanted to use the drive thru, it was closed, causing such a long line inside.

The coffee is meh, the donuts are usually stale. Maybe if you go early in the morning you might get a fresh donut but otherwise, buyer beware at this location.

Worst coffee ever… I ordered a black coffee and I got brown water. For real coffee drinkers stick to Starbucks or better. I’m forced to give a star so I can write a review… Otherwise I give no stars

This use to be a good store — with decent products(size and freshness) but the service has gone way south. The current crop of employees there seem like they were grabbed off a turnip truck and thrown behind the counter. The«manager»(red shirt) looks like she has no interest in being there and her lack of enthusiasm shows it. I had ordered a sandwich on a pretzel roll and when they didn’t have any available I went with a croissant. I asked her if the pretzel roll was a higher price than the croissant and she said no. I looked at the menu after getting my food and found that the pretzel roll was $ 0.30 cents higher. If you could overlook the staff this DD has decent food but I leave there with mixed feelings each time.

I’ve been to this location before and its usually nothing special, but this morning I had a very nice experience. I walked in and there was a short line that moved quickly. I was greeted by a friendly man behind the counter, I didn’t get his name but he was tall and attractive with a big smile and diamond studs in his ears. He took my order and I received it promptly(large caramel ice coffee with skim milk, and a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese) I was at fist disappointed in the bagel selections b/c I usually order garlic or onion but I was happy with the sesame, it was lightly toasted and warm with the perfect about of delicious cream cheese. The coffee was also very good and just the right color for my liking, it also tasted like they brewed it a little stronger than most dunkin’s I’m used to(which is always good). At the end of the day its just coffee and a bagel so its not really going to be the end of the world one way or another but I was satisfied with my morning pick me up.

This DD continues to tickle me with eye twitches and stress related ailments. For this post i would like to copy and paste a facebook post I posted few weeks ago that pretty much sums up what i think about this place… «I finally figured out how to get your coffee made right at DD 1. Tell the cashier your order… twice so she can enter it properly 2. Tell the coffee puter-togetherer your order before she makes it 3. Tell her again halfway through just for quality control. 4. Do steps 1 – 3 with out showing you have thoughts of death and dismemberment 5. Enjoy your semi adequate coffee»… Dunkin Donuts is the reason God made Starbucks. Its just so damn convenient.

This is the most disgusting Dunkin Donuts. I was a regular customer until I walked on one day and there 100’s(literally!) of small cockroaches all over the tables, windows, and floor. It looked like a horror movie! I haven’t returned since so I can’t stay if it’s improved. How about a shot cockroach bile to go with your cappuccino? Yuck!

The only reason why I’m giving it a star at all is because there actually is coffee available, and occasionally a donut. But honestly, this is THEWORST D+D INTHEAREA. Every single time I’ve gone there in the past, they’ve never had any donuts other than maybe a few old glazed, never had any bagels, and basically roll their eyes if you want — heaven forbid– a chocolate glazed or Boston Cream. They act as if they’re doing you a favor by even acknowledging your presence when you walk in… meanwhile, even just walking in you feel like you’re in a creepy movie about a small town. The people that are sitting drinking coffee turn to look at you strangely. Maybe because they’re wondering why the hell you’re here. Save yourself– go to the one on Hempstead Tpke in Elmont or the one on Nassau Blvd in Garden City. Both are far superior in that the staff is pleasant, the coffee isn’t burnt & the donuts/bagels are fresh.
