i was disappointed to find out the store near me had closed down but i found out i can still shop on their website. i was a regular store customer and was happy to see i could still find the items i wanted and have them shipped to my house. coincidentally i had been looking all over for this Beach Bunny bikini recently and every site i found was completely sold out. I called Apparel Addiction and spoke with Lisa, she said they could try to order it for me… I had no issue reaching anyone. They were the only business that followed through and got me the swim suit I was looking for. The girl that helped me also let me know about the current coupon they had going and got me free shipping and I didn’t even have to ask. I was so impressed that they found the suit and I ended up getting it for 30% less than planned between the coupon and free shipping. I love my new suit and I’m so happy I was able to get it when everyone was out of it. I will definitely be shopping here again and will most likely call them before ordering somewhere else since they were so helpful getting the item and gave it to me at a reduced price.

I returned a jacket and got no refund or store credit. I contacted them via phone and mail and nothing was done. They are on the East Coast so I just have to accept a $ 98.00 loss. Do not trust their ethics.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this store. I ordered a dress from their website in October of 2012. I had to return the dress because it arrived later than the 2-day shipping I selected. After months of emailing and calling the number listed for the website(which no one answers), I finally got my $ 315 credit(not refund) in April of 2013. SIXMONTHSAFTERMYORIGINALPURCHASE!!! Since then, my experience has only gotten worse. I decided to use the credit in April, so I ordered five pieces of clothing from the site. It has since been nearly two weeks, and according to the website, only two of the items have shipped. No one answers their phone or responds to my emails regarding the other items! I have left countless messages, and not one has ever been returned. I really don’t mind waiting an extra couple weeks to receive an order – It’s the fact that they refuse to respond, in any fashion, to a paying customer. I would highly advise against ordering anything from AA, unless you are prepared to never receive the item and be completely ripped off. What a scam. Unfortunately, since I am out a couple hundred dollars, I will be forced to file a complaint with the BBB.
