Specializing in spinal decompression for back pain and viscosupplementation therapy for Osteoarthritis of the knee, our treatments are both natural and non-​surgical. History

Established in 1982.

Formerly Franklin Park Chiropractic Center, Performance Health — Medical & Rehab has been serving Franklin Park and neighboring suburbs as well as the nearby Chicagoland area since 1982. In 2014, it expanded to offer a balanced treatment of medical, physical therapy and chiropractic services for better results. The name was changed to Performance Health — Medical & Rehab to reflect the new services. Many of the patients are referrals from other patients and local physicians.

Business Owner

Dr. Vincent Domingo received his Doctor of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences in 2004 and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Marquette University in 1999.

In addition to chiropractic, Dr. Domingo is also a licensed acupuncturist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a certified kinesio tape practitioner and a certified orthopedist.

Dr. Domingo is also involved with the annual medical mission in the Philippines, organized by the Global Medical Foundation. In conjunction with the medical mission, Dr. Domingo works with the Nursing Students of St. Mary’s University in an online course.

I saw a Dr Pontinon, he was awesome! Very easy to talk to, good listener, great bedside manner.
I’ve only been there once so far but it was great!!! It’s not a chiropractors office anymore, they specialize in all types of pain management. I have a neck and back fusion, I also need my knees replaced but they all tell me I’m to young (55). They started on my knees. I was given braces for both legs, they actually started to ease some of the pain immediately. Then we started this series of 5 shots, the injections are given once a week (it’s that Rooster stuff you see advertise).
It was a great first visit, looking forward to the follow up care for even more relief of my chronic pain.

Can’t say enough good things about all the personnel. Very flexible scheduling helped me get in when I needed to be. The ladies up front are very professional and helpful. The doctors on staff know what they’re doing. PT therapist (Derek) and massage specialists are knowledgeable and thorough. Don’t waste your time at places like «accelerated» for PT. Derek is the man.

I have been going to Performance Health for a little bit now and I must say that they are OUTSTANDING!!! You can tell that the environment is the most professional and friendliest you have ever been to. The staff work cohesively together to make sure that you are as comfortable and as well taken care of as possible. I made the right decision when I chose them as my Chiropractic Team. So many services in one and each very knowledgeable in their own individual area. AWESOME GROUP!!!

If you enjoy feeling good, and being pain free, go see these chiropractors today! They are helpful, no bs, and interested in making you better. No one here is trying to sell you supplements (although you can if you want!). I feel better after a month going here, than I have in years! No more headaches, and my chronic backpain from being a paramedic is almost 100% resolved. Even if you live far away, it will be worth the drive, trust me!

I have had a very positive experience and have been recovering from back pain that initiated few years back. Dr. Domingo provides excellent advice and is very skillful in his work. As another reviewer has mentioned, he is very gentle and that largely takes out fear/​anxiety related to adjustments. I have also been taking massage therapy from David Meraz and that has greatly helped in relieving muscle stiffness. David is very skillful in identifying knots and stiff muscles; and he treats them during massage. The massage in combination with adjustments and physical therapy has helped me to reduce the spine related injury that had bothered me for almost a year.

So, I went back about 6 times or so and my neck is so much better. The pain is gone for the most part. I still have days where I get it a little bit, but that is just when I’m really stressed out.
These guys are great and so nice. I highly recommend them. They give very helpful tips and exercises and genuinely want to get their folks to feel better.

I am an endurance athlete (cyclist) and was treated by Dr. Domingo for a strained MCL. The outcome and my general experience at Franklin Park Chiropractic was outstanding.
The treatment worked well and had me back on the bicycle pretty quickly. As a practitioner Dr. Domingo is well versed in chiropractic techniques. He’s gentle (coming from someone who’s a afraid of adjustments) and makes certain that you’re comfortable with the treatment. He also took the time to explain the issues & how the treatment would help solve the problem.
From a service perspective, I couldn’t ask for more. Dr. Domingo made himself available for questions. His staff is friendly and I had a great experience. I would very strongly recommend him to friends and family.
