I agree with the previous review. I went in here once, after the women working there saw us looking in the door and rudely asked what we wanted. It was the most disguisting store I have ever been in. 2 of the puppies had serious eye infections, which the lady didn’t seem to care about. And the smell… I was sick to my stomach the whole time. Thank God this place is gone. If you’re going to get a pet, please go to a shelter or rescue group. They know how treat their animals.

CLOSED!!! YESSSSS!!! I reported this place to the village due to the poor care they gave the puppies. They left them loose, unattended, while the place was closed. And it was almost always closed. Had business hours posted, but the place was more often than not, closed. Puppies were loose and urine and feces were all over. I know they would leave water, but a bunch of puppies will tip over a bowl of water faster than you can say «Jack Russell Terrier».
Anyway, I did go inside once and the smell, even after the clean up was pungent, to say the least. The pups were starving for affection and more than one, a Lab, was no longer a puppy.
I received a call from the village inspector and she said she visited the place and found everything to be just fine… I smelled a fat, hairy rat.
A little detective work revealed that the owner’s daughter was also the inspector for the village, so, I knew that I would get nowhere that way. I also reported them to the USDA and the Illinois Department of Agriculture, as I was told by Cook County Animal Care to do. I also e-​mailed all my rescue and dog people to ask them to stop by to see for themselves.
Not sure if any of this had any impact on the business, but I am glad they are gone!
