While they couldn’t specifically determine the problem, they were able to narrow it down substantially since I was going to do the repairs myself. I had to take a star away because when I first dropped my PC off, I told them I was gonna use the Unilocal promo for the free diagnostic and they said no problem. But when I picked it up I was told it was an old offer and they couldn’t honor it.
Also the diagnostic was supposed to included testing «All» the PC components, but they weren’t able to test my processor because they didn’t have a similar motherboard. My processor ended up being okay, but if I replaced everything they told me to, and then found out my processor needed to be replaced too, I would have been very upset.
