Since the beginning of my career, the real estate environment has changed drastically. I’ve learned that the key is to always be learning. I’ve added accreditations like Home Staging and Distressed Property Sales (ASP and CDPE, repectively) to my resume because I feel that these are most helpful to my clients.

Often times, sellers have been in their homes for a number of years and may have a difficult time putting themselves in the shoes of their potential buyer. This is where some Home Staging experience and a creative eye come in handy. Recognizing any repairs the home needs and being able to remedy those repairs helps your home sale move smoothly through the process.

When looking for a home, the ability to see beyond the seller’s personal belongings and imagine the potential in the home is so important. We’ve rehabbed homes ourselves so we can help buyers determine what can be done in home and whether the potential value makes it a sound investment.
