Been going here for years ever since they had a groupon for a massage and mini facial. I’m not really big on facials but I love getting massages and Toni is top notch. She always asks about the pressure and adjusts accordingly. She’s chatty if you feel chatty she’s quiet if you’re quiet. They often have deals and I’ve never had a complaint about any other staff there. All around good place to go! Thanks again Toni– you rock my socks!

I had been coming here for a good 5 years. Always had decent service until my haircut with Cathee. She was completely rude to me and unwilling to listen to what I wanted done. I was 10 minutes late and apparently that is an acceptable reason at this salon to treat customers so poorly. This is the reason I was given by the owner Heather that Cathee was rude. No apology which is all I was looking for. I will NEVER return here for any service. I sat the whole time and wished I’d walked away as I was wanting to since it was the most uncomfortable I’ve felt EVER during a service I was paying for. The«spa» services are too close to the salon so it’s not exactly a relaxing environment anyway.

I love this salon, I have been going here since they first opened! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the desk girls you know your experience is going to be great! I have been going to Heather for years, she cuts and colors my hair, I always receive so many compliments after. Heather and her team did my hair for my wedding along with my bridesmaids, each girl looked stunning, thank you Salon Rhapsody for making me beautiful.

I bought a Groupon deal for my wife — the facial and massage for 90 minutes. Usually send her to Massage Envy for the facials which make her face glow. When my wife returned from Salon Rhapsody her face looked so dry, looked like she got hit in the face with a dust bag. She says the facial person just started putting elements on her face without consulting with her or checking her skin condition to see what products would be most beneficial. Not sure if this place has a professional licensed esthetician with that facial. I’ll stick with the price Massage Envy has and forget about trying ANY other establishment. Wasted time and money at this place.

Scheduled a 1pm mani/pedi and was called that morning by the salon to tell me their girl was running behind and could I come in at 1:30. I agreed and told them I needed to be out by 3:30 to pick up my daughter from a class. Had a very nice pedicure but was rushed through the manicure with my nail polish not going on until 3:17! I had to go, left the salon at 3:35, and three nails smudged immediately out the door. She also placed my shoes on my feet after checking that polish and both big toes smudged too. Basically I spent two hours at the salon and came away with a nice foot soak and hand massage because I had to redo all my polish myself. When I emailed the salon, the only apology offered me was that they were sorry I had to leave before they were dry! I felt that the manicurist misused her two hours if I couldn’t leave after that long with dry nails. Salon offered me a redo of polish however I didn’t have another two hours to kill! They also overcharged me $ 5 which they mailed back to me in a plain envelope with no additional apology or note. Poor customer service. Never going back or recommending to friends. Will go somewhere that values my business.

When it mattered in life, I had really great hair. High school and college I had long straight hippie hair and I didn’t have to do much to it but wash it and keep the ends clipped. Since then, my hair has not been as naturally fun, full and well behaved. But I still get compliments on my hair and it is thanks to Heather. I thought it was time to update my review that was from 5 years ago to let you know that this salon is better than ever. I love coming here to get my hair cut, colored and styled. Everyone treats me like a Goddess. They want to put my coat away, get me coffee and in general pamper me. In particular, Mallory at reception is one of the nicest people in the universe. She sets up appointments for me that match my schedule, reminds me of those appointments and always is glad to see me. If all my hair fell out, I would still come back to this salon to see Heather and all the wonderful women who work here. Heck, I’d have them style my wig. Great service with talented hairstylists what more could I possibly want? Sure, the hair of my youth but even Heather can’t get me that. Get your hair done here and be prepared for compliments.

Hoping I get hot water for my shampoo today! Finally have a stylist I love, and the once relaxing day getting my hair done, is a memory. Seems the shop is expanding too fast and there isn’t enough space for everyone! I’m not leaving my stylist, so I hope things get better soon!

Salon rhapsody ISGREAT! I was looking for a gift for my mother-in-law, but since i dont really know what to give her, i decided maybe i should just buy her a package for a massage. I went to groupon and found salon rhapsody and bought their heavenly package: 90-min massage plus facial. My mom totally loved it! She said people are really nice and that, after her treatment, she feels rejuvenated! I totally recommend going here!

I currently live in AL& the salons in my area are subpar at best. After a hack-job I received from a «stylist» in one of those salons, I spent a lot of money on products to make my hair look good & purchased«Curly Girl: The Handbook» from Amazon & it had recommendations on what to look for in a stylist. The author of the book developed the«Devacurl» product line & has a certification course for stylists to learn how to cut, style, and care for curly hair. I logged onto & used the locater to locate a certified stylist. I looked in Frankfort(knowing I’d be in town for Christmas) and found Linda Nolan. I called to make an appt. & the girl who answered was very helpful when I explained my time constraints & coordinated w/Linda to work me in. When I arrived, the front desk girl was very friendly. Linda had given her a copy of «Curly Girl» to have me read while I waited for my appt.(which I thought was a nice touch) I explained my «hair situation» & Linda gave me a very in-depth consultation & an artfully meticulous haircut that I LOVE. She was very professional in even her gentle(and in my opinion, generous) critique of my previous«stylist’s» disaster. If you have curly or wavy hair like mine, a «run-of-the mill» haircut is not going to look good. $ 60.00 might seem steep, but she basically has to cut a few pieces at a time,(which many stylists cannot or will not do) and when you factor in the tips and advice she gives you, I ASSUREYOU, it’s money well spent.(I could’ve saved well over $ 200 on the hack-job cut & products I bought to «fix» it if I’d had gotten to Linda sooner!) I HIGHLYRECOMMENDLINDANOLAN to anyone looking for a knowledgeable professional to cut their hair. My only regret is that I can’t take her back with me to AL, but I will definitely be scheduling my hair appts w/her whenever I’m out this way. THANKYOU, LINDA, you literally saved my hair!

Very POORCUSTOMERSERVICE, kind of happy I found this out before actually going there. I had a groupon for a 90 min massage and a mini facial, the day of my appt I woke up with a sore throat and called the second I opened my eyes and left a message and appoligized. I called a few days later and they said I lost my groupon because I did not call 24 hours to appt. Just for you to know, I was looking for a steady place to go, just for you to know you treated me like a numer not a person over the phone, just for you to know I RATHERLOOSETHEMONEYANDNEVERDEALWITHYOURKINDOFRUDENOAMPATHYKINDOFBUSINESSEVERYAGAIN. All you care about is the bottom line not getting or keeping clients, this will come out sonner or later just like it’s coming out now. Rude and ignorant people working there, people even though the groupon is good for the money don’t go there becasue you will be I work for a spa and they do groupons in the past and they never turned somebody down or said anything of the nature. You ran the groupon to get more clients so treat every client with respect and appreciation and understanding.

I went to the salon for the first time and had the curly girl cut with Linda yesterday. She did a great job of explaining the cut and ways to style my hair. I really liked the cut, it made my fine hair look fuller and curlier without losing length. But the best part is that today, when I styled it on my own(with much less effort than normal), it was even curlier and looked better than it has in a long time. I highly recommend for girls with curly hair! I will be back again for sure.

About 3 weeks ago, I received a phone call from the salon ab\apologizing profusely for the in-action of their upfront staff. I explained that they had a perfect opportunity to use the wait time I had to show me around the salon, explain the services they offer, basically up-sell me and make me want to come back and become a regular client. Not quite sure if the individual understood what I was trying to say — because all she kept saying was she was sorry. The salon did send me a gift certificate for a 60 minute massage as their way of saying they were sorry. I haven’t called for that appointment yet… not sure if it will change my mind. First impressions are the most important impression you make when trying to gain a new client. Oh, and BTW, the woman who called me to apologize was one of the people who treated me so badly on my first visit.

Very nice and clean salon. I did a mini spa day when they offered a Groupon. It included a half-hour massage, mini-facial, mani, and blowout. I enjoyed the massage so much I’ve since been back. Very reasonable prices.

I’ve had the cry baby mascara with Sarah T. I loved her so much I had her do my makeup for my wedding and she was incredible. Kristen took care of my spray tan and my beautiful updo for my wedding. These two girls are wonderful people and talented. It was so worth paying a little more to be pampered at home for the morning of the big day.

Was very disappointed in this place. I had a Groupon for an hour and a half massage and facial. Granted, I was 15 minutes late, however… My hour and a half massage and facial ended up being 50 minutes?! I would have complained but I didn’t realize how little time passed until I was out in my car. The massage was great but the facial I was not happy with. All the facial consisted of was a mask and some cleaning. No exfoliation, no extractions!?! Would not recommend.

I love Salon Rhapsody so much that although I am living in Spain, I made an appointment before I came back for Christmas to get my hair done while I was home. Heather has been my preferred hair stylist for years but I have had good service from other stylists as well. Hair is pretty important, important enough to travel from another continent to get it done right.

I look in the mirror and I swear it is summer. I came in on Saturday and got a wonderful cut and color and then today to get a spray tan. Whoa! Glamorama! Between the blonder hair and the bronzer skin, I am in fabulous spirits. I had never gotten a spray tan before and I was super nervous that I would turn orange. However, nothing to worry about! At Salon Rhapsody they have different color combinations and the stylist Meghan sprays the concoction on you ensuring an even coat. Once you get over being semi naked in front of her, it is a really pleasant experience. Plus it is only $ 15 for your first spray tan and there are tons of other affordable specials. I just love getting pampered. Now I will just have more reasons to make appointments. :)

My sister purchased each of us a Spa Day when Salon Rhapsody participated in a Groupon for half off the normal price! We went to claim our Groupon this past Saturday and each received a half hour massage, half hour facial, hair wash and blow dry and manicure. The facialist had such a soft touch and seriously gave me chills while she was cleansing my face… I hope that doesn’t sound creepy?! The massage was wonderful and totally relaxing and absolutely what I needed. My hair stylist finished blow-drying my hair and asked if she could curl it, even though that wasn’t part of what I’d expected. She gave me cute curls that made my naturally straight hair nice and wavy… I loved it! Finally, the manicurist not only did my finger nails, she painted my toe nails to match, because she had some extra time. That was totally unexpected it, but way appreciated, because I love to match! It was a great experience and a fun way to spend a Saturday morning. I would recommend Salon Rhapsody to one and all!

There was a time when I was more faithful to a salon than a man, true story! Those days are over though. Not that I don’t love the good ones I’ve found, but sometimes you need to move around a bit. Saturday I went to Meghan at Salon Rhapsody for a quick do before a wedding I had. She was sweet, hip and did a great job. She didn’t require a whole lot of instruction, which I love. My hair lasted all night and looked great! The salon itself was cute and had a friendly staff. They also do spray tanning for a reasonable price, so I’ll be back for that!
