Rick P.
Business Owner
I served in the Navy in the 1960’s. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1975. I have worked at the Greenbriar in West Virginia. I have owned and operated several restaurants and night clubs over the years. I was personal Chef for the owners of Calumet Farm, Lanes End Farm and Chef for the Lt. governor. I spent many years catering for large and small parties. My passion is cooking, bringing fresh, local products to the table. My dislikes are, corporate restaurants!
