Precise Tree Care, Inc. was established by Gus and Christina Bettenhausen. Both Gus and Christina are certified arborists. Gus has been in the tree industry for over 20 years.

Gus has been in the tree industry for over 20 years. He is a certified arborist and licensed pesticide applicator. He does all of the estimates and assessments for Precise Tree Care, Inc.

Christina has been running Precise Tree Care, Inc’s office since 2001, when they began the company. Since starting the company she has also become a certified arborist and licensed pesticide applicator.

Both agree that customer service is the MOST important aspect to a successful company.

Christina, as I stated, for this kind of service, it is set up on a bill pay plan, which is fine with other businesses. Also the reason the contract was returned 2 weeks after you came out was because I had to contact you for it after 2 weeks.
Your crew did a great job. But I would advise you to use better judgment when you instruct Renee to call someone on a Friday night at 5:00 when they may have had a bad day at work, & are finally on their way home. At that point anyone would be unreasonable with someone getting right on the phone & demanding payment from someone who had the goodwill to let you know I set you up on bill pay. Really? You just don’t do things like that. That does make you look bad, & in need of the money.
Thank your crew, we appreciate their work. And good luck to you to get full payment in this economy. Some of us don’t claim every little damage on our Homeowner insurance, what you received was hard earned dollars. And you were paid in full.
