A young entrepreneur, Jason McAllister, at 19 years old, founded Paragon Computer Repair & Consulting. After working for several computer repair companies as a technician, including TigerDirect (Orland Park, IL), I realized that I would be able to provide a higher level of service for a more affordable price. Seeing the inner workings of these companies, I realized that a large majority of the cost of repairs went straight to supporting the huge overhead of owning massive buildings with high taxes. Studying these companies, I noticed that many customers had a bad perception of the so called «computer experts» there. These technician’s oor communication about the status of their repairs, and lackluster conversational skills reinforced this perception for many customers. I set out to demonstrate that computer experts can be very knowledgeable and also great at interacting with people. I have a very amiable disposition and I exert all that is in me in order to treat my customers right!
