Shopping here used to be a pleasant experience. Not so much anymore. Can you please explain why you would have pipped in music blaring, PLUS obnoxious music playing in most of the individual departments? At any given time, customers are being bombarded with 2 or 3 musical selections coming from every direction. I used to leisurely walk through the whole store, checking everything out. It was so loud and distracting, not only could I not focus on what I was shopping for, I had no desire to stick around with the loud music. So I walked out and you lost a sale.

I really like having this store so close so I don’t have to drive into Orland Park. It has a great assortment of merchandise which leads to my only complaint, the aisles are a bit narrow. I have been able to find nearly everything I need here and when I can’t they will help me. If there is long line, they open a new register. They also take expired coupons, I adore that. Don’t pay attention to the negative review of the crank who has been here once, he hates everything. I’ve shopped here since they opened and really enjoy it. So there!

They should all be the same right. No! Just like restaurants, your employees can make or break your business. We knew what we wanted and found it right away, but I forgot my 20% off coupon in the car. As I was walking out the door to retrieve it there were three associates in a huddle. One asked why I didn’t buy anything? I started to say that I forgot my coupon and before I could say in my car, she promptly put her sound track on saying. Waw, waw, waw! I looked at my friend and said let’s go! I was not looking for anything for free and I have been to other stores where they give you a coupon. I mean they are flying all over the parking lot. Now I know why the store was empty!
