Business Owner
Dawn Zimmer is president and founder of Zimco, Inc. formed in 1994 and also president of a newly formed division — K-12 Evaluation Solutions. Years ago, she recognized a great need for unique technology services with school districts in the mid-Michigan area. She began consulting and quickly expanded to business development, training and implementation state-wide.
Dawn has achieved great success over the years starting her career at IBM Corporate, where she worked for 9 years and received several prestigious awards. She was recognized both for her engineering excellence in technical service and for her outstanding customer support and sales achievement. Her experiences, solid work ethic, along with a competitive spirit laid the ground work for establishing a sound foundation for creating her own business.
