Toby’s Top Dog Walking is owned and operated by Jim Miller. With the dream of becoming a radio personality, Jim enrolled in the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. When he graduated, he found himself working as a producer at a Sports Radio station in Brighton, MA and was on his way to fulfilling his dream… or so he thought. However, working long hours as a bartender and server by day and producer by night, was not exactly what he had in mind.

Shortly thereafter, Jim moved to Watertown where he began to work as a part — time dog walker. It was love at first sight! Jim was stunned by his passion for loving and caring for these sweet little pups. Although, for years he grew up loving his favorite Husky Pal, Toby, so it shouldn’t have come as a huge surprise. Before too long he realized that it was time to make a change and turn his passion into his career. And just like that, Toby’s Top Dog Walking company was born.
