The «Good Computer Guy» is Bill Greenberg, who brings a wealth of computer experience from managing computer systems and developing high-​end technical business solutions in Lotus Notes since 1993. He has solved computer problems everywhere from homeowners’ basements to the central computer rooms of major corporations. Bill is adept at troubleshooting problems and finding innovative solutions.

Before founding Good Computer Guy and INANtech, Bill was an independent consultant and technical lead on a variety of Lotus Notes and networking projects for major-​name clients including the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Lotus Development Corporation, 3Com, Kodak, Allied Domeq (Dunkin’ Donuts), ITWorld​.com, and Denny’s Restaurants. Over the years, Bill honed a unique development methodology to accurately identify client needs and create superior technical solutions, which is the basis for the Good Computer Guy development process.
