Craig is awesome! He really cares, and does what he can to fix the problem right. The transmission in my truck blew out, and the factory warranty had expired by a few months. The dealership was going to partially extend the warranty and just charge me labor. Craig used new Ford parts, and fixed it for way less than the dealership was going to do with «free parts»! Anyway, I’ll keep going to Craig as long as he is around. He even came over to my house to help me get my Corvair running!

It’s hard to find someone who is honest, straightforward, and treats you with respect in this industry. I live in Boston and work in Reading, but it is well worth the drive to work with and support the business of someone who is honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Craig!

Love Craig (and his sidekick). Super friendly, very nice to the kids. And most importantly he really knows his stuff and is happy to explain it. He does great, honest work, and has often suggested cheaper alternatives. He’s kind of a hidden gem, so I don’t really want everyone to find out about him. Only tell a few of your closest friends OK?

I’ve been bringing my car to Craig for years! He’s the only person I trust. As a woman trying to get honest answers and no bs from a car place on services I need… He is the first to provide that service.
He suggests parts that need replacing and the educates you when you pick up your car, showing you the part, explaining where it came from with in the car, what it does etc. My point is every time I’ve gone there it’s been as much about education as getting the job done in a timely fashion. He also is aware that funds are tight for everyone and works to keep costs low, letting you know what issues you’ll be facing on the horizon, but that don’t need replacing right now.
He has a loaner car if you should need that and is always so flexible. Craig exceeds expectations — someone had a flat tire and he drove to their house to fix it, thats him, always going above and beyond what you expect in a car service place.
I wouldn’t go any where else.
