Nice space, free coffee bar, located on Rte 9 near a lot of good stuff.
Unfortunately, after two :20 waits, I am giving up my quest to open an account there.
I have never waited more than :10 at TD Bank in five years.
Service matters, not just perks and programs.

I really, really, REALLY want to give DCU a good review — on paper they’re great… Good rates, not ‘the big corporate banks,’ etc. Unfortunately, while all that is true, as with most things, you get what youngest for.
In theory their employees make more than ‘average tellers and service pros.’ I don’t know of this is true, but the service I’ve received on more than a few occasions has been acceptable at best, poor to horrible more than a few times. I’ve gotten the run-​around, been passed from teller to teller to ‘manager’ and waited both on the phone and at the branch for 20+ minutes multiple times.
I have a few accounts and manage an account for a family member — together they’re not a fortune, but more than average. I will be moving my accounts to a ‘bad’ bank this year; I don’t like to support them, but I don’t like to wait hours for simple things or be treated poorly.

I’m using this bank for last 5 years and very happy with there services. They have no banking fees for your checking account and more than reasonable credit card rates — 8.5%.
Couple days ago I was in need to get couple thousand dollars to cover my business expanses for short period of time. They recommended me not to go through the loan process, just transfer money from my credit card to my checking account. I was surprised! «Are you serious? Bank of America charged me 22.5% for cash advance. What is your rates?» And I was even more surprised, when they explained that to me that it will be the regular 8.5% annually. And if I will pay off this amount within a month (as I have planed) I will pay no interest at all!
I definitely will recommend DCU.
