A comcast representative quoted me a monthly cost for service, then billed me for considerably more. The «service» did not include equipment rental charges, which they never mentioned. I consider this fraudulent marketing.

I was really surprised that they wouldn’t give me an updated box after I was a customer for years and saw my bill continue to creep up over the $ 200/​mo mark. They weren’t really interested in keeping me as a customer

They shut down for lunch and rudely refused customers. I’d call ahead, even during posted business hours, since the staff seems to disregard standard policies.

Comcast would rather spend money and attract new customers than keep their faithful customers happy. My bill went from 147.00 in January to 173.00 in March! They reward new customers and punish old ones. That’s a turn style business. The CEO HAS NO IDEA HOW TO KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY. That’s why they have to advertise all the time. The louder they toot the worse they are! I don’t believe in commercials anymore!
