The coffee at this place is fantastic. The prices could be a little bit better. It will run you about the cost of starbucks coffee. It is much better though. The one issue I’ve run into in my number of trips to this location is serving takes FOREVER. I think some of the«selling» of the coffee shop is they expect you to sit down and relax while they make your coffee because it really takes a while.

TERRIBLETERRIBLETERRIBLESERVICE!!! walked up, never been in there before in my life, owners of the store were unloading the milk and other groceries from their Mercedes Benz! Lmao how unprofessional!!! Then I ordered two sandwiches and specifically told her 2 times I wanted it «to go» and she still started making it for«there» had to tell her again to make it TOGO!!! No one in there is listening and the soup AWFUL! «Chili» more like chewy hard rocks of cow meat full of grease! You call that chili??? Where’s the management??? And then we also ordered two Brazilian cheese breads and never received those items at all and neither recieved my second soup!!! Yuck disgusting and we waited 30 minutes for this colossal screw up!!! BEWARE, because after you pay they will also demand a tip On the pay screen and tell you«press one of those buttons» meanwhile I life 15% thinking I was actually being nice but holy cannoli this was really a day wrecker for me! Also tell me how strange this is… you get two boxes with your meal… one has an opened bag of chips and one is closed… wtf!!!

Places like this is why I don’t buy coffee at Starbucks or dunkin donuts anymore! A cute little shop conveniently located on route 9 is an easy stop for your morning commute. This café was great coffee, but even better food. They have breakfast items, but also a variety of lunch choices. It’s a great place to catch up with a friend, or to study by yourself.

Demi-tasse(espresso) is spot on. Took a chance. Comes with lemon rind too :). It was pulled right which is everything. I have had the mocha and it is a little sweet for me. I haven’t had just a regular cup of coffee yet. I’ve been here a bunch when it was Panache and it seems like they haven’t missed a beat. Good vibe and service. But not Simon’s in Cambridge or Render in South End…

The good news is that the service is friendly and helpful and that there’s lots of seating. The bad news is that the beverages aren’t remarkable and at least on our time there it was a spot for parents to take their boisterous children.

I discovered this place back when it was Panache, loving it even more now — known as B. Sisters Café. The staff is a large part to their success. They are always friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere offers different areas to meet with friends, clients or to simply enjoy some alone time by their fireplace. The gluten free muffins are my go-to treat. They once only carried a few, stored in the refrigerator, now they have a great display right at the counter. There is an endless array of delicious items to choose from~something for everyone. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves an amazing cup of coffee or tea. I’m a big fan of both

My favorite new place! So cozy and clean! I’m a tea girl and they have a huge selection of high quality loose leaf teas to choose from. Also fresh fruit and pastries. I love to meet friends here to relax and chat. Highly recommended!!!

Totally chill atmosphere in a strangely generic part of town. I got the Cafè Americano, fresh squeezed o.j., and half a basil, tomato and mozzarella sandwich. The sandwich was on crunchy panini bread with fresh tomato, mesclun greens, and basil inside. The mozzarella wasn’t the fresh kind that I’d expected, but it was still tasty. Americano= super strong and made with beans that don’t taste burnt(which is something that has happened to me more than once at Starf**ks). The o.j. was pretty decent too! Only caveat– no non-meat alternatives to put on the sandwiches in place of bacon, and no Turkey bacon. Bonus points– giving me metal utencils to eat with(yes, a fork AND a knife! This doesn’t happen often to me in American cafès). Open mic nites(the last Friday of every month). Friendly staff. Great way to start the day:)

The service was wonderful. The food was very good. What else could you ask for? I had the lemonade with strawberry, it was so refreshing. My daughter loves the Chile.

This place is proof as to why Starbucks, Dunkins and other chain coffee houses just don’t get it. Lovely loval place to sit and enjoy food and drinks, great prices, awesome customer service(it feels like your part of the family) and the variety of foods and coffees, teas and other beverages are the best… period. If you looking for a coffee house that has that great euro feel, look no further. This place is the ONLY place I drink coffee. And oh by the way, the have great local artists’ on display and sale(including mine!)

I came here a few times over the years when it was under different ownership and called Panache. It was always a little lackluster. The coffee was so so and the price didn’t quite fit the quality of the product. Seeing a new name recently, I decided to stop in. The new ownership seems to be doing it right! Friendly service with a smile. The menu is a lot more extensive and the coffee is tasty. The baked goods looked great and I’ll definitely try something on a future visit. Swing on by and show your support. Shop small!

I really, really wanted to like this place. My husband and I were fans of Panache, and the first time we went in after it started changing owners, the woman working tried to insist the drinks were the same – just different names. The B Sisters Mocha is supposed to be the Panache Mocha. It’s not. We’ve been in 4 times and each time left pretty disappointed. They can’t seem to make a consistent espresso drink. Another reviewer commented about their iced mocha that was actually iced chocolate milk. I think I had the same thing happen this morning, only having read that review first, I made sure to ask if there was espresso in the drink because I hadn’t heard the espresso machine. The man working said there was espresso and I think I taste something coffee-like, but I really can’t be sure. I can be sure that I won’t be giving this place a 5th try. Their drinks just aren’t good and there is no consistency.

After some difficult experiences at Paul(recently opened at the Natick Mall) my associate and I were very hopeful about the potential of B. Sisters Café. Our first visit was quite encouraging with friendly, attentive service, toothsome baked goods, and passable, thoughtfully prepared lattes. Our subsequent two visits evidenced a slight decline in quality, but the service was not lacking. Our most recent, and final visit, however can only be described as an unmitigated disaster. I was alarmed to see, in place of the comely young woman who normally mans the espresso bar, a sickly, surly, passive aggressive, bespectacled, bald-headed man. This cretin spent all of eleven seconds preparing my latte and wordlessly shoved the cup in my direction resulting in some of the contents being spilled upon my new cashmere topcoat. This concoction — it could scarcely be called a latte — tasted, quite simply, like a filled ashtray. In light of all these gross inconsistencies, it would appear my associate(much to his unending chagrin) and I will be going back to Paul…

So happy we decided to skip the typical route 9 Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks and try something new. We met one of the sisters(who was awesome) and she explained how everything is made in-house. We will be back!

Awesome place with friendly and knowledgeable staff! I wish there was one near my home. I would go there every day! I had the pistachio cupcake which was outrageously great! Clean, friendly and good food/drink. Run here! Great place!
