History
Established in 1986.
SKIPJACK’S was named after a type of tuna, indigenous to the Pacific, which is known for tenacity and strength. Jeff Senior chose the name to reflect his vision of a restaurant known for its aggressive pursuits of the highest quality product, while keeping it affordable. From the beginning, SKIPJACK’S was devoted to introducing Bostonian’ s to a wide variety of the freshest seafood from around the world and offering it at the best prices.
SKIPJACK’S menu is complemented by an award winning wine list including many wines by the glass. In fact, SKIPJACK’S has been bestowed the prestigious «Award of Excellence» for more than 26 years in a row by Wine Spectator Magazine.
SKIPJACK’S was proud to announce an additional location at Patriot Place in Foxborough. The opening of this property was September 2008. With views of Gillete Stadium, this location is surrounded by excitement.
