History

Established in 2005.

After many years in Real Estate Sales and Marketing, I decided to start a Real Estate Staging Business to help Sellers and R.E. Agents better promote their homes. I had been to many homes that showed poorly and couldn’t understand why Sellers would not invest in making their home, often their biggest investment, look more appealing and marketable. And I knew that R.E. Agents were afraid to tell the Sellers the difficult things for fear of losing the listing. It just seemed to make total sense to me that homes should be prepared so that they are appealing to their target market-​BUYERS! But it was difficult at first because hardly anyone in the Northeast was doing this. So I started studying how it worked in California where staging has been the norm for many years. And slowly I began educating R. E. Agents and Homeowners on the benefits of Staging. I have had the pleasure of staging hundreds of homes and have loved helping every single one!

Hi, I am Marianne Cherico, the owner of Interiors by Marianne Cherico. My goal is to help you sell your home faster and for more money. My experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing spans 25 years. I also studied Interior Design at Rhode Island School of Design and I am an Accredited Staging Professional as well as a Real Estate Staging Pro. In my humble opinion, it is important to invest in education to help my Sellers, Real Estate Agents, Builders and Property Managers maximize the equity in their homes and apartments.

As far as my personal life, I enjoy yoga, reading, travelling and mostly spending time with my family. My husband is my high school sweethart and we have three daughters that are the lights of our life.

I have been in the staging and decorating business since 2005 and love helping people achieve their goals.
