History

Established in 2013.

Our state-​of-​the-​art, 35,000 square foot facility is located at 7 Lincoln Rd Foxboro Mass 2 035. Our members not only have access to the most advanced fitness equipment and programs in the industry, but to a fitness environment that is unlike any other.

Created and built with the highest standards in mind, the renovated facility amenities include a free weights, cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, group exercise studio (aerobics classes), yoga, pilates, a juice bar, tanning and locker rooms that are always spotless. The whole environment is engaging and fun. Additionally we offer innovative kids facilities (playcare) as well as a highly motivated, enthusiastic and well-​trained staff.

prices seems better than most gyms
equipment looks and what I have used seems to be good
cool that there is sauna and steam room — I have used them
smoothies at the bar are pretty good
I like having the basketball court at the gym — cool option
I am looking forward to trying some classes as well

Every day in the morning, he backs his car into a parking space opposite the front door of the gym. He is a long time gym member and acts like he owns the place.
For over two years now, he’s been harassing me in the locker room. Every day, I suffer some form of harassment.
He does all these things when there’s no one in the locker room to provide witness.
Despite multiple complaints to Gym management, no action has been taken or is planned.

Pretty good place to work out. Lots of machine options. Huge women’s locker room and a nice women’s only area which I really like! I have not once felt intimidated coming here. Parking kind of stinks and it could be a smidgen cleaner and/​or use some updating to the colors but other wise its A-​OK!

Negative review! For the most part my experience was positive. The trainers looked like they knew what they were doing, and the place looks nice. However the steam rooms seems to be a problem they just can fix for the long run. BEWARE! Trying to cancel this membership is the biggest F’ing pain in the ass! You either have to write a letter — yes a written letter, or you have to show up personally. I moved out of town and I found this to be the biggest kick in the dick possible! ADDITIONALLY a 30 day notice fee was added to my «month to month» membership. This fucking place stuck me with a $ 90 bill on the way out on a $ 19 per month membership. HOWEVER I can still use the gym for an additional 30 days since I moved out of town and will be so inclined. Hope it was worth the $ 90 bucks to get a shit sandwich review!

Came here while staying with my parents over the Thanksgiving Holiday. This gym space has changed hands a number of times since I went there on college breaks 13 years ago. (Formerly Gold’s Gym, and formerly Rodman Health & Fitness).
You walk in and you see the desk, and all the cardio equipment. The equipment doesn’t have individual TV’s like so many clubs, but there are a couple of LCD’s on the wall you can watch while doing cardio.
There is a TRX area, and precor machine area just off of that.
HIDDEN past the racketball court, is a fairly well equipped free-​weight area. I didn’t even notice it at first! Everything in there is a bit dated, but 45lbs plates weight the same.
A day pass is $ 15, but this place seems to be going after the Planet Fitness model. No frills, low cost, but they have a lot more than PF has.
Staff seemed friendly, and the crowd ranged from older folks, to college kids, to broad dudes curling 100s.
I’ll be back when visiting home for holidays.

Decent gym — lots of equipment, classes and no pretension. We went for a day and purchased 15 dollar day passes. There aren’t TVs built into the equipment but there are tvs above. There was even a tv in the men’s locker room. I’d go again — why not.
