Americas Best Value Inn

We arrived at the motel on a Friday evening looking for a cheap place to spend the night. Because we had had good experiences with other America’s Best Value Inns, we thought this might be worth a shot.
The (non-​smoking) room we were given smelled strongly of smoke and one of the beds was dirty when we pulled back the sheets (several hairs and other dirt). The beds were redone upon request, but the smell did stay, of course.
The bathroom didn’t seem overly clean either and was rather dark.
The fridge in the room was very loud.
All in all, we can’t recommend this place.

Hotel isn’t that bad. Decently clean rooms and ok service. Downfall is they seems to have an identity crises on there hands. The inn has a bar located inside the building right across and downstairs from a decent amount of rooms. I don’t mind the bar as most hotels have one, the problem with this one is they want to be a night club and will blast music untill one in the morning if not later. I get that bars need to entertain people but this is a hotel people pay you for a room to relax and sleep in and you reward there paiteraniege by shaken the building till 1 or 2 in the morning

This was the worst and most disgusting hotel I have ever experienced in my life. I was staying in Foxboro for the Eagles/​Patriots game. It started at check-​in, they asked for my drivers license and never gave it back. I proceeded to drive into Boston to check out a few bars and realized I didn’t have my license. I had to drive back over 30 minutes each way to get my license. Asked for non-​smoking room, door said non-​smoking, the whole place reeked of smoke. The lobby smelled awful as well. Went to use the bathroom and there was mold on the ceiling and cockroaches on the floor. The worst part started around 3:30 am and lasted on and off until 5am. Screaming and stuff hitting the walls, hard enough to shake the bed, then doors slamming and more screaming. This went on and off for a hour and a half. At check out I asked to speak to a manager (no staff at hotel after 10pm until the morning so I couldn’t complain about the noise in the middle of the night), I was told they weren’t available and they would call me the next day. That was on the 6^th, it’s now the 19^th, no call yet. This hotel is disgusting and managed awful. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Where do I begin…
Reservation online was easy enough but when when I went to check in I was informed my room had been flooded and I would be put into a queen size bed room instead of two twins.
I originally booked a non smoking room and when we asked for another room because ours reaked of cigarettes all the staff did was come and spray febreze…
The comforter on the bed was riddled with cigarette burns. My advice please don’t stay here. It was a disappointment and a half.

I was impressed by the size of the king room (215) and the amenities at the hotel, especially for the price. I was not happy with the housekeeping staff. at 9:00 am someone who I assume was a housekeeper entered my room with their key without knocking. i had just stepped out of the shower. she proceeded to ask me when i was leaving. i called the front desk to verify check out time which was 11:00. i then went down to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. i was told he was on the phone and waited about 15 minutes, but no one ever came back out to the front desk to help me. i would have returned in the future but no longer will considering how the management responds to complaints.

I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews, but I was very pleased upon arrival. Room was clean, recently remodeled. I was afraid of it smelling like cigarettes, but it actually smelled like some type of cleaning product. Not an obnoxious scent, but pleasant. We did have a mini fridge but didn’t use it. There were also four water bottles left in the room, which I thought was a nice touch. I just hope my card doesn’t get charged $ 20 for them!!! The mattress was pretty bad, though. I felt like I got hit by a truck, but it’s a motel, not home. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for the Jimmy Buffet concert this weekend. (and almost didn’t because of the reviews) These places usually get a bad review but I want you to know, it was awesome. Ask to stay in the new wing. (Room 233 is the last one at the end of the hall and worth asking for) Everything is brand new and the room was huge. Everything was beautiful and clean and new with a very large bathroom, refrigerator, nice tv. The front desk folks were very nice and I would stay here again in a minute. The rate was half the rate of anything nearby and we were able to sleep peacefully. We only needed a good quiet room to sleep off our fun and that is what we got. Thanks America’s best for a great experience. Don’t believe all the crap you read on here by snootie people or you can and pay double to sleep somewhere else. I didn’t experience any of the negatives I read here.

You get what you pay for. Please be aware this business receives much of it’s income by housing homeless persons, paid for by the State. It’s known locally as the ‘Heroin Hotel’. This in a town whose median household income in 2013 was $ 108,209.

What you’d expect from a fleabag — Dirty rooms, missing bathroom amenities, a guy passed out in the hallway, etc. I reserved a non-​smoking room and instead was assigned one that gave me emphysema after a night. On the plus side, the motel is close to Gillette Stadium and the neighborhood seemed really safe.

I was a little skeptical to stay here due to the poor reviews but I needed a place to stay after a wedding and $ 80 a night was alot better than $ 170 at the renaissance up the street at patriot place. Entering the room I was pleasantly surprised: 55“tv, LED recessed lighting, free WiFi, and brand new furniture and fixtures. The entire room was literally brand new and very clean. The staff was friendly and allowed us to still have breakfast after the posted hours. Only downfalls were alot of the advertised details were missing: no private balcony, telephone, dvd player, refrigerator, or coffee maker. They did have a community coffee maker, and refrigerator in the breakfast area though. Totally recommend this place to anyone that needs a hotel in the area, also they have smoking rooms available which is virtually impossible to come by these days!

Dont stay here. They have Bed Bugs. We stayed Aug. 12,2013. Room 203. Very dirty too. Carpet made our feet black.

Family owned– The son is super friendly– they are rehabbing the restaurant and bar– but I would still recommend it– our car battery died and they went out of their way to help

Went on an unplanned trip to Newport. Because of long weekend all hotels were booked. Found this hotel in
. They said that it has hundred percent customer satisfaction. Please never ever believe this website. Shady neighbors, pine smell, lamps not working and constant smell of cigerrete. Please keep it as your last resort.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to families with children. The cops always seem to be there a lot. They have the cheapest weekly rates around though if your staying for a week or more.
