I saw Tam’s advertisements on craigslist and was curious so I drove the hour it took from Monticello to check out the store. At first, I was disappointed because it was a small store, not a barn or warehouse, but that disappointment quickly lifted when I saw all sorts of things I needed. Tam’s was having a half off day on kitchen supplies, so I cleaned up. I found a brand new popcorn maker, two very nice, cast iron pans, a quilt rack, several tools, and some more. I only spent $ 45.00 and got a car full of things. The owner told us that she has dollar days from time to time to clean out the inventory and to help folks out. I’m willing to make another drive for that. A really great selection of used items that have been curated and not just junk to take up room and look like there’s inventory for inventory sake.
