Established in 1995.

Rick Miller opened the doors to Discount Tire and Battery’s Fowler location in the winter of 1995. The building was converted from a laundry mat into a four bay service center with the larger warehouse and additional service bays added at a later date. The Business has been family owned and operated since the first day. Rick turned the business over to his nephew for a few years then in the summer of 2012 took it back over.

My Name is Jeff I’m a manger here at Discount Tire & Battery. I have been at this location four years, although not all of that time was spent in management.
