Came here to buy a TV stand and Kalii was very helpful and double checked to make sure everything was in tip top shape! Everyone was really kind and I give 5 stars for the great customer service and experience!

Came in after shopping around for a couple weeks. Sales guys were great and Brandon helped me out with the deal. Not pushy, gave me straight answers on all my questions. I ended up with a great deal on a Serta sofa and love seat combo. Delivery was very next morning even though promised for Wednesday. Happy I went in. Highly recommend!

Great customer service very reasonable! Looked out for us, us being first time buyers. Worked with us and got us what we needed and nothing else. Very great environment. Go in and talk to Rich he’s a great sales person!

Came in today for first time and was helped by a lovely gentleman named rich. He was very knowledged and informative about all the bed sets and mattresses. After 1000 questions and a few laps around this place we got the perfect set that we came in for. Customer service was excellent and prices are unbeatable. Check this place out!

I don’t see anywhere that it says this business is an outlet or wholesale furniture store. However, was willing to pay a little extra not to have to buy the couch we wanted from some of those other stores who have really bad reputations.
We did not use their financing, so will not have to be concerned if the terms end up incorrect (same as cash, not same as cash). We knew we really wanted this sofa set and found the pricing to be consistent or less than some of the others out there. Therefore, we went ahead and purchased from Wyckes, because the company that they were manufactured from has a really bad reputation for customer service (thousands of complaints on consumer affairs website) and that made me nervous. We paid for the $ 80.00 delivery, but inspected everything really well before signing on the dotted line. Everything looked good. It was all very well wrapped when we got it and there were no flaws, that we could see. We opted not to pay the additional $ 50.00 to have them attach the feet to the bottoms of the sofa and loveseat (assembly). It took all of 15 minutes to screw them on. The furniture feels sturdy and well made. I love the color and it’s very comfortable. To recap, we had no issues with Wyckes in Fountain Valley, but did our due diligence to make sure that our goods weren’t damaged and we didn’t use the financing. I would recommend this company and would go back there for more furniture, in the future.
I actually did find my sofa at Living Spaces for $ 80.00 less, but had nightmare situations there in the past, and believe me, it’s not worth saving $ 80.00. Another reviewer commented that this store does not do price matching. It’s a smaller store. The competitor can afford to cut better deals, but is it worth the nightmare??? Not to me it isn’t. We are very happy!

Very pleased with the experience. Richard was extremely professional and helpful. Furniture buying isn’t always the most enjoyable experience and he made it painless and we walked away feeling good about the whole transaction. Product is nice and values are competitive compared to rest of the furniture stores out there.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. After a week of searching for a mattress they were able to help us find a great one for a great price within minutes of arriving. Aside from the great selection of beds they also had a great variety of furniture that I plan on coming back for.

Appears to be bait and switch false advertising…“oops, just sold out” line… first time experience. Just CALL before you drive…

Honestly, the service was terrible when we came in to look for a couch. The prices were much higher than retail brand stores. We expected the prices to be better for a warehouse/​wholesale store. Please go see for yourself if you enjoy wasting time.

My girlfriend and I bought a couch/​love seat set from these guys about 2 months ago. It took about a week for delivery which we were actually happy about, but it soon went downhill from there…
NOTE: Wyckes does not deliver their own furniture, but actually have a third party deliver your new furniture for them (which YOU pay for). Listen to me, these guys only care about one thing and that’s getting your furniture off of their truck with no sh*ts given. They will cram, wedge, push, smash your new furniture through your doorway while you stare blankly and asking yourself, «are these guys even for real?»
After the paperwork was finally signed, and the careless delivery men had left (keep in mind delivery drivers do not unpack and/​or inspect your furniture for damage because they are a third party and care nothing), it was time to unpack the furniture and see what we had purchased. The couch looked good so happy surprise there, but the love seat came complete with a large gash on the arm that was about 2 inches wide and 4 inches deep! We immediately called the store and asked nicely for them to replace the love seat with one that preferably didn’t have a hole in it. THIS is where things get interesting… they tell us that exchanging damaged merchandise is NOT their policy, but instead they will supply us with their own furniture repairman to come out to our house and fix it on site. Then, and only then, if we do not like the repaired furniture can we exchange our damaged love seat for a new one. After a bit of arguing that ultimately went nowhere (customer service sucks here btw), we finally agree to the terms that were given.
THE PROCESS: First, we email the repairman a clear photo with measurements showing the damage to the love seat. Then, we had to call the repairman the next day (Sunday) because we get no response from him after the email, and he says he will call us back Monday. ALL week goes by and we do not hear from him so we finally call him back on Saturday, but have to leave message because it goes straight to voicemail. Again, we wait all week with no response from the repairman. TWO WEEKS have gone by and we still have this love seat with a giant hole in it, and are becoming increasingly frustrated. We decide to call the store, who tell us that they will call him and have him call us back asap. He calls back and finally comes to our apartment relatively quickly (YAYYY…); however, now claims that he still needs to order the arm… WHAT!!! Why did we even email him a photo of the damage to begin with if he wasn’t going to come over prepared to fix it??? He claims that the part will take one to two weeks to arrive, and that they will call us when it is in. THREE WEEKS after his visit and still no word from him, so we decide to call him yesterday, but again have to leave a message.
TODAY, we call the store and they tell us that the part was not only never ordered, but we have to start back at square one and email the damage to the repairman AGAIN!
This place has the worst customer service, and on top of that are complete scam artists! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop here ever!

So we got our furniture and it is beautiful and well made. The staff at Wyckes was better in the end. They took pride in resolving the issue. I would recommend them.

Bought a sectional and queen memory foam bed with a headboard/​frame Richard was super nice

SCAM ARTISTS–
Spoke with manager and sales staff who looked at us square in our faces and told us no financing for 90 days. They use an equally scammy finance company in Utah who are even more ghetto than this «hole in the wall» as another reviewer stated.
On day one of our bill, we got our first interest charge (READ ABOVE, they said «no interest for 90 days» then gave us a contract in fine print stating «interest after 30 days»
WELL guess what??? We got hit with interest on the 1^st DAY!
People fall for this, thinking it’s a great way to rebuild credit only to find out that you’ve just been hit by a dirty van full of low-​life scavengers. The whole process from beginning, middle, and no end in sight is a Mo’ Money Ghetto NIGHTMARE.
AVOID THIS PLACE. If you can’t afford furniture right now, just wait or go to a major chain store like Ashleys or Jeromes. I know it’s not the best, but now I wish I bought some sh*t from IKEA, cause I would have spent just as much time putting it together without the continued FRUSTRATION of this sorry excuse for a «business» run by BOTTOMFEEDERS.

Came in on a whim with the mister. Immediately greeted and asked if we needed help.
The staff was very nice, always making sure we were ok. When we did finally have a question, the young man (sorry! I didn’t get his name) was very informative and helpful. He was even willing to negotiate prices a *wee* bit (thx for that!).
Bought a nice reclining sofa and matching love seat for a pretty reasonable price. We’re happy :)
