I arrived early for a thyroid ultrasound. The facility was on the ground floor of the Medical Center, and they offer free valet parking services! Everyone (receptionist, records staff, and technician) was extremely kind, patient and helpful. Cookies are offered after the procedure! I was very appreciative that they saw me early (1400 vs 1500 hrs), and the doctor gave the results to my doctor the same day. My doctor called me that night. I really felt valued as a patient.
There was considerable construction when I visited so the bottom pictures on the Unilocal site didn’t really help.

Very nice, new facility.
Very easy parking, and plenty of it. (Be sure to take advantage of the VIP carpool parking if you come with someone else.
We were not pleased with our experience with our tech. We received no good images in which you could make out baby’s face, whereas we received an awesome profile of our baby at our 13-week US.
My wife was very bummed. I’m sure she did everything technically & medically sufficient. But I hoped for much more engagement due to it being a baby ultrasound.

I have had severe pain in my hand and needed to see my doctor but he was off for the holiday. His nurse made the arrangement for me to get the X-ray done so the result would be available when I see the doctor.
This is a new location for the memorial care imaging center, a new building that also houses the urgent care center.
John N was the X-ray technician, he was courteous and professional.
I requested a copy of my 3 X-rays on a CD, I was very impressed he said I could wait a few minutes, he would burn it for me.
I GOT MY CD, amazing fast service, I highly recommend this imaging center.
