I had a terrible accident in Nov of last year where I was hit by a driver who ran a red light, and after getting the run around from the other person’s insurance, being in horrible pain and stressed out from everything I decided to get legal help and my sister recommended James who works for Alex and I’m so glad I went to him. He’s works hard and was always available when I needed him. James along with Nancy kept me updated on my case and took care of everything and anything for me. I’m glad I called him and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in an auto accident.

BEAWARE!!! Avoid at all cost. went to the office in garden grove «HT services». This office is under the name of Alex L. Benedict. They are so unprofessional, I guess they don’t even know what they are doing. There were no communications at all. I was in an auto accident last year (may 2015).Till now, they still did not want to give me my car insurance settlement money back. They keeps making up excuses such as: deposit time, wrote a wrong name, take up to 1 month to void a check and re– issue a new check (take them more than 2 months and still did not solve their own problem yet). AGAIN STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. THEY WILL GIVE YOU A HEADACHE. I WISH I CAN EVEN GIVE THEM ½ STAR.

Avoid at all cost. The paralegal team at McFadden and Magnolia are so unprofessional. Don’t rely on their assistance when there’s trouble with your case. Don’t get me started with customer service.

He’s a scam attorney. I refered a friend and his office sat on the case for a year and getting a hold of him was impossible. My friend had to go elsewhere. I later heard his office got in trouble for loan modifcation fraud. Well…

I was in an auto accident last year and was referred to their Rosemead, Ca branch from a friend. This is by far the worst law office I have ever encountered! This case went on for 15 months without any signs of settlement and the lack of communication was so poor and unprofessional on their end. I literally had to call and call and text to reach his associate who gave me the run around regarding my case every other month, making me think they were doing their job and to later find out that they no longer was representing me but failed to let me know. I had to be notified by my own insurance company that my case was closing «by mail». Thats when I called my insurance company to see what had happened and why my case was closing and what was the outcome? They told me that my attorney never replied to them and when they finally got a hold of him, they were told that they were not representing me. I guess thats why they sent me a letter letting me know my case was closing after so long because no one had responded to them! and all this time his associate told me they were working on it when really, she didnt even know that my case was closing! Shouldn’t I be informed by my attorney or his associate that was handling this case of all this??? but instead I had to find out all this myself over a year later after calls and calls! when I finally got a hold of her, his associate that was handling my case and told her what had happened, she told me that my insurance company is lying to me and not to believe what they say… ‘I don’t understand how she thought that was a legitimate argument on her part without giving me substantial proof that my case was being processed correctly!’ And now I can’t even get a copy of my files because she is no longer answering my calls or messages! To make things worse I lost my case and now have a point on my record and medical bills from my chiropractor that was not filed or paid! Now I have to find a new attorney to fix this mess! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone at all! It’s a nightmare!

Law Offices of Alex L. Benedict is beyond awesome! I was unable to make my mortgage payments was able to do a loan modification on my home! My mortgage payment got reduced by almost $ 1300!!! I do not know how I will ever be able to repay for the service. If you are having problems paying for your mortgage payments. I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed! It was modified in 1 month!

I had conferred with other attorneys in regards to bankruptcy and Alex Benedict is the only one that seemed to understand my reluctance and put me at ease to file. He built a trust relationship and treated me with respect. He explained the process and has made himself available to answer questions on going. I was also referred to this office for a traffic collision. This office is horrible at communicating. It got so bad he started screening my calls so I had to use another number to reach him.

There were NO COMMUNICATIONS in between from the staff to keep me «in the loop.» I didn’t expect the case to be resolved right away, but at the very least, they could have given me a call once in a blue moon to tell me what’s going on with the case. Instead, I heard nothing from them — nothing for 6 months. And when I called, I was put on hold for what seemed like an indefinite time while the receptionist «transferred» me to the person I was trying to reach. If that person was not available, had no updates for me, did not want to speak with me, or whatever… — tell me so. Don’t keep me waiting on the phone. I have other things to do, too.
I am very dissatisfied with the way this law office’s staff treat their clients and will definitely not recommend this office to any of my friends.
