This is the worst! 25 minutes after my appointment and still no end in sight. At least 15 people still here that were here when I arrived. The individual who checked me miss pronounced my name three times, how hard is it to say Lou Ann.
Why have an appointment she due if they do not adhere to it!!!
One hour after my appointment finally seen.
I had the best phlebotomist three minutes painless blood taken and I’m all done.
One hour wait three minutes of work for Labcorp what is wrong with this picture.

Service wasn’t great here. The ladies up front have this attitude as if they are doing you a favor. Be sure you go sometime after 10:30 because the people that are doing fasting labs are there very early.

I arrived early for my appointment and they were able to take me early, which was great. The receptionist was helpful when I had questions about the tests being done. Helen, who drew my blood, was the most pro person I’ve ever had. I warned her that I have a tendency to faint when getting blood drawn. She finished the job in what felt like a minute, even though I had to have four vials drawn. It was amazing!

The girl who checked me in was rude. Then when I told the girl taking my blood I needed a butterfly needle she replied, «we’ll see!» then proceeded to use a regular needle which hurt and bruised me.

I was there 15 min early and there was a line outside. I was grumpy, tired, hungry from fasting. Got in, wrote my name down, was 4th in line. The office is Tiny and all seats were rapidly filled. 10 minutes later I was called in. They couldn’t find a vein. My vein was still asleep. Splashed some cold water in the Bod, and she prepped the vein. Super fast and painless poke! I usually hate this process, but they were great.

Great experience here. Plenty of parking. You can make appts online. I came to my 1pm appt 10 minutes beforehand. Signed in, gave my insurance card, and was out at 1:05pm. The seats were nice and comfy, not old and smelly.
**updated 04/​23/​15** I had to update my review bc the nurse who took my blood didn’t do it right. My arm is still hurting from when she took my blood two weeks ago. No matter how good the service or amenities are, taking blood is most important.

I would give this place zero stars if that were possible based on the two receptionist alone. They are quite possibly the rudest «professionals» I have ever encountered. One has said she wants to shoot herself, twice already and the other said to me, «whatever» when I told her all I’ve had was coffee today in response to wether or not I was fasting. I haven’t even had my lab work done yet. My advise: avoid this place like the plague and go to a more professional establishment.

I had an apt and got right in, no wait at all. This is one of the only times I have had my blood drawn and there was no pain at all! I was in and out in less than 5 min! Love it

This place is so freaking slow… The staff are ehhhh. Better service at the LabCorp near 7-​eleven. Much quicker. I got there and i am only there but took 25minutes for them to acknowledge that iam there. Then another 18minutes before they took my blood. This place blows.
