This place is really bad management as well, and the maintenance guy tells everything to the manager. They do not deserve a star zero would be perfect for this place. Place is really old and the manager will not reason with you at all.

I was really disappointed from property manager Sherri she was unprofessional was treat me I was gave her all paperwork Thursday and bank statement I gave to her on Friday early morning she promised that she will complete all paperwork on Friday and she will give me an answer by Saturday but I was waiting all day and keep calling the office to make sure that everything going well and no one answer and I ask my friend that maybe they have some phone problems when he went he was find out on door that no one at office and have since that Saturday will close since they have company picnic and I didn’t hear till Sunday evening because I was called to emergency for repairing and left voice mail for landlord of property, Sherri called me after 7pm on Sunday and was refused all her promises and even I have paperwork that saying my rent start at 09.29.2014 of September which is Monday and office close on Monday she will call me on Tuesday whether that approve or not I was Shock when I was hear that and I try to tell that she did tell totally different things where I was on Thursday and Friday in the office with my mother Sherri should go to retirement rather she makes all tho problems for me and my family by confusing and misleading the future tenants

After living here for the past year I absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly and helpful when ever you need something. The parking spots are covered and are gated which is a huge PLUS, but I still wish they still had garages. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for a reasonably priced apartment with friendly staff.
