Truth be told, Kris and Joe are dear friends and neighbors. That being said, they are also well known local real estate agents as well as owners of several rental properties.
When my wife and I wanted to invest in a rental property, we asked The Lightman’s for advice from everything from investment size to home types to neighborhoods and positive cash flow. No pressure sales… Only advice and their own experience. Kris found a few places in our desired budget and geographical area. She handled the showings, the comps, the bid price and all of the paperwork. Once in escrow, Joe gave us advice and recommended from his vast Rolodex of inspectors, appraisers, mortgage brokers, escrow companies, carpet and flooring guys, painters, handymen, plumbers, etc. Once again, no pressure to use them… only options to consider. I used some of my guys and some of their’s.
Escrow closed with very few problems and we took possession this week. Now, on to remodeling and listing for rent. So far, so good. The Lightman’s are a class act and top notch professionals.

Joe gets 5 stars in my book. Not only was he helpful and informative, but extremely professional as well. He consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable with the process, and made me feel confident in the decision I made. If you are looking to buy or lease, Joe is the perfect choice to go to! Highly recommended.

I have bought a few homes over the years using different agents for each transaction because I couldn’t find one I truly liked. The search has ended with the Lightmans.
They are true professionals who bend over backwards to ensure their clients are happy. They respond to email, phone calls, and texts after hours and on the weekends. They truly seem to understand that finding a home in this market is a 24 hour a day adventure for the person looking, and they accommodated us beyond expectation.

Joe and Chris Lightman are unbelievable. They worked with me to find the perfect home for my family, walking me through every step of the process.
