History
Established in 1987.
Vision Care Optometry was established in 1987 by the previous owner and was transferred into new ownership in June of 1993. The practice later changed its name to Dr. Cooperman and Associates Optometry.
Meet the Business Owner
Dr. James C.
Business Owner
Dr. Cooperman graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 1983, and completed a VA Hospital Residency in 1984. His professional experience is varied and distinguished. He was an instructor at the Southern Califonia College of Optometry in Fullerton, and has lectured extensively at optometric education meetings. Dr. C was on the Board of Directors of a LASIK center, and was on the Board of Directors of the California Optometric Association. He was an expert examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.
Dr C is a local boy, having graduated from Fountain Valley High School in 1976!
