If you guys are thinking about doing orthroK, you should do it. Do you get tired of glasses falling off your face? Do you get tired of constantly pushing your glasses up? Do you want to play sports without fear of your glasses breaking? If you say yes to any of these things, consider doing orthroK!!! All it is is sleeping at night with hatd contacts on, taking them off in the morning, and bam perfect vision for the day!

This is my first time getting frames. This place has a good selection of frames ranging from low to high $$$. Queenie was her name… she was very helpful in helping me find a frame to suite my face. I’m very picky but we manage to find a nice choice in a Versace frame. The eye exam was also very quick but thorough. Can’t wait to pick up my new frames.

Came in today for my first visit and the entire staff, including the doctor, was so warm and welcoming. Had an appointment and was seen very quickly – didn’t have to wait long at all. Checked in and got free cleaning solution! I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a new optometrist since I needed to renew my contacts prescription for the year. Since moving here, I had been to one other optometrist, but wanted to try a new one, so where else to go other than Unilocal to find one?!
It’s located in a shopping complex, so there is plenty of parking! The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Truong is friendly himself as well. What I like about Dr. Truong is that he takes his time, and answers your questions in a friendly down to earth way. At the other optometrist I went to last year, I felt rushed, and who wants to feel that way when it comes to their health, or anything for that matter? I also like the different tests he does to check your eyes, and I feel like it’s more than I’ve had at other offices. My favorite part is they don’t puff the air into your eyes because I HATE that SO much. I’m a little weird with eyes, and that test is so evil!
Dr. Truong is very personable, knowledgeable, and I feel like he cares about his patients and enjoys what he does.

Eyeglass and contact lens exam: $ 69! So inexpensive compared to other places, including Costco!
The eye exam was thorough, but efficient. I was in and out the door within an hour.
The office is a little cramped, but that doesn’t bother me. All that matters is good service and reasonable prices. In this instance, I got a GREAT price! Double score.
Another score? Each Unilocal check-​in gets you either 1) contact lens solution; or 2) eyeglass cleaner. I came in once for the exam, and another time for follow up on my asstigmasim contact lens. They offered the freebies both times… super nice.
I highly recommend!

First visit here. Dr. Truong gave a very thorough eval and discussed all the questions I had. They are on the cutting edge of Optometry and use the best technology for assessments.

Dr. James Truong is very professional, helpful, and quick. I usually never make an appointment before coming in, but they are always able to squeeze me in within 20 minutes. They also offer a variety of glasses including brand name ones like Prada, Gucci, Tiffany & Co., etc.
Highly recommend!!!
