I wouldn’t take my car here again the customer service sucks I got the delux package asked for black ice and it was not in my car when I went to ask they said they spray it But my car had no scent. The exterior was decent besides the smudged on my windows but the inside was just disgusting it seems like they didn’t vacuum properly or clean it a waste of 27 dollars but hey you live and you learn

They’re not detailed enough. Opened my door and they barely wiped down the door jambs. This place doesn’t use compressed air to blow out all the water from all the nooks and crannies. My car was still dirty, I asked for a rag to get a bunch of the little bug droppings off of my car.
Will not come back. Go elsewhere.

I love this place! If u do the cheap wash u get what u pay for spend the extra ten bucks and they will do a amazing job and it’s still a good price. I have been using this place for two years along with the rest of my family. Thx guys keep it up!

I’ve been here several times and have always been satisfied, but it is not my «home» car wash as I don’t exactly live close. Well, today I left home with my 1 and 3 year old boys without my wallet. Without realizing I left my wallet home I stopped by the car wash before starting our day out. The manager was so nice he let me still get the car wash and even offered to give me extra money so I could get my kids lunch. Of course, I will be returning today to pay him back in full. Next time I need my car wash I think I just might have to go out of my way to stop at this place. They not only do a great job, but they actually care about their customers :)

New management and staff go out of their way to do it right. The cost is reasonable to what you get.

Actually got a Hello out of the cashier today. Detailers do an above average jod. This is now the only car was that I have been to that built shade for their Detailers. I am impressed. Prices to high.

Good wash and service for the price. Same as other prime auto wash location that cost more. The waiting area isn’t as nice, but who cares!

Ishmael is the guy who takes your order and the guy to talk to if you want your car really clean. When I take my car in he always does a quality check and if it isn’t up to his satisfaction, it will surpass my expectations before I leave.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. I think my car may have come out worse then I was when it went in.
50 dollars and 40 minutes got me carpets not vacuumed, a dirty trunk/​hatch, not a single door well was cleaned wax on top of grime, sand and dust still in the seams of my seats, controls and cup holders still dirty, white smudges on my leather, and a scratch on my driver side door.
I basically paid for a 50 dollar window cleaning. Now I’m going to spend my day off tomorrow cleaning it right and trying to buff out the ding they left me.
I would have thrown a fit today if I wasn’t late for work already.
I wish I would have given that money to the homeless guy at the gas station. At least the money would have gone to something good and I would have gotten the service I would expected.
Oh ya… And at 10pm tonight I was lucky enough to find out they broke my windshield whisper off and didn’t tell me. Sweet!

Seriously horrible service! I got the express $ 5 wash today and they were rude about it. That wash left so much water on my car (they don’t dry off excess water with express wash) to the point that I ended up going to ANOTHER car wash!

So upset. I thought the guy was giving me a discount he said he would give me the $ 50 dollar package for $ 30. I didn’t know that what he was going to do was a half ass job. The outside looked great then I opened the door. Hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down on the inside (which is why i went) I did ask before if they did the inside on thpackage andat he assured me he would. When my car was ready I was excited but then very sad when i had to ask for a towel and a man threw one at me. Cool I will clean it myself… Thanks Im pretty upset that i had tipped before hand.

Fast, friendly & affordable :) No complaints… I always make sure to stop on by when my car is filthy dirty!

Was a little worried about them scuffing my rims on my car but the owner came out of his office and put my car in the wash himself and made sure my car didn’t get scuffed when they drove it out of the wash. I would suggest standing by your car to let them know you are watching them and they will make sure they don’t mess up. Very nice attention to detail. He also put my car into the shade when they were going to dry it instead of leaving it out in the sun. This place takes care of their high end customers.

Not very friendly, okay wash, prices are average.

The guy there convinced me to get the detailed wags to polish my paint, so I did. For $ 50, they did not do a good job! So disappointing! The inside was not fully cleaned and the vacuuming is bad. I will not come back here again.

The service is rude, gang. RUDE. But you get a car wash for 5 bucks, and I am not expecting much service. I do expect a lack of rudeness, so just 2 stars for me, because of that.
I pulled in, and I was treated as if I have come here every day for years. No instruction, and when I asked what to do, the guy just laughed. Yes, I am THAT hilarious at not knowing their system with all of these orange cones everywhere. So, hey, it’s 5 bucks, whatever.
Oh — be sure you pay first, or that will illicit more hearty laughter. And be ready to be directed into the wheel slot by Mutt and Jeff. Or were they Laurel and Hardy? Not sure either one has ever driven a car, but they have the jolly laughter down pat. Perhaps this entire team retired from the circus?
Anyway — the car was cleaned, and I was happy about that. I also figured out that at the end, no one acknowledges you in any way — yo just leave. Got it. Next time I need a car wash on the CHEAP — I will better know how to avoid being the entertainment for bored rude men.

Their current deal: $ 8 for exterior wash. Not too shabby at all. The only thing that sucks is it’s so crowded on a Saturday! Took like 45 minutes just
exterior wash. Their method of washing cars makes it slow as cars have to go in a single file line and they have guys on the side either washing or spraying.
Tip: This car wash place is not good for lowered cars! It will mess your car up. Otherwise, this place is pretty chill just for a basic wash.

Ok, last time busting on my former favorite OC car wash company. Thats cuz they sold this particular location and it’s now Fountain Valley Auto Wash, Inc .
So not totally out of business… yet, as I wondered out loud in my last update, but def showing signs of its last breath. Sad, but take better care of long time customers or this is the fate that awaits.
