Well, I was just going to let this go but I am annoyed enough/​think all of this needs to be called out. I had started planning my husbands 30^th weeks ago and I had called a night to remember to book casino tables, dj, rent tables, etc. they sent me a quote and a contract to sign. Things in life got a bit nuts (returned to work after having a kid, grandma died, was sick, and the original venue I had booked double booked) so needless to say i spent the few weeks before the event trying to find a new venue while juggling everything else. finally a 4 days before the event i found a new venue and called a night to remember to see if (by any chance) they still had any availability. I figured the answer would be no given that it was so close to the date but i figured i would call anyway. I talked to Diana told her I had found a new venue (a country club) and she said she would see what she could do. Because the new venue had table clothes, tables, etc i would need less from them. She called back a couple hours later and had an attitude when i explained i was sorry life had just gotten so crazy ‘i thought you were a stay at home mom??” she asked. first of all… what if i was? with a 4 month old thats a lot of work. and secondly? whats up with the attitude lady? I left it alone… she then told me she had sent over the new breakdown and the new contract. What I saw was pretty alarming. for one less casino table, no table rentals, no table cloth rentals, no piping or draping… the breakdown totaled 2,650 the original quote was 2,513 for all the additional items as well. Each casino table was now 50.00 more, the dj was 200.00 more and there was all of a sudden delivery, set up, and strike fee of 150. 000 and instead of a deposit she wanted me to pay in full upfront. When i asked Diana about all this she said «well we had to juggle things around so the price is more» my thought? so you did your job and it made your life a bit tougher so you added stuff on? or you found out it was at a country club instead of a more low key place and you thought you could squeeze more out of the deal? when i asked her about the delivery, set up, strike fee she said «oh well before i didn’t give you a final quote we usually tack that on at the end» I looked back at what she had originally sent. She sent me a place to sign off on the break down so that means she was going to tack it on day of or the new charge was a bogus charge. How unprofessional to change prices of what should be a standard fee. But on top of it, the obscene attitude and ridiculous brattiness on the other end of the line told me it wasn’t just her prices that were unprofessional. Finally when questioned about all of a sudden needing all the money up front (which no one does… raised a red flag to me about the business) she basically told me she was in the drivers seat because its 4 days before the event (aka good luck finding someone else) Thank you Diana for the unpleasant behavior if you want to be catty you should get out of costumer service. We found another company that has better looking tables, is professional, and is much cheaper (100 dollars cheaper/​table). I see on other reviews you’ve called people liars I have pictures of all the paperwork I’m talking about… I would leave this one alone.

I wish I could give 10 Stars. I cannot say enough good things about Gil Sotelo and his ANTR crew. Extraordinary, kind-​hearted, ON IT professionals one and all. I’m a partner in a marketing firm who specializes in the music industry so my standards are extremely high when it comes to audio and video production. I have some very large clients who look to us to provide a professional, seamless and quality experience for their events.
I’ve used many vendors over my 25 years of event management and ANTR is now my «go to» partner for projects big and small. One good thing to check on when you are looking for a vendor for events is do they own their own equipment. Why? Because those who do, know how to make them work and know what to do if something fails. Remember, the presentation, the wedding, the party is the «last mile» of all your planning and you’ve got to feel good about how it will turn out.

I don’t want to throw any other rental companies under the bus, but I am an event planner by trade so I use multiple sources for furniture, décor and A/​V. After yet another disappointing experience this past weekend, I swore to myself I am only using A Night to Remember from now on. I’ve used 4 other places a couple times each and worked with the owners of ANTR, Gil and Diane, more than a dozen times. They have never given me one reason to complain or worry.
Not only is this company reliable and reasonably priced, the quality of their products are leaps and bounds above any other source within counties. The A/​V is top of the line, and they come prepared for any troubleshooting necessary… and they do their job with a smile!

A Night to Remember Entertainment gets an A++++ in my book. I was in charge of throwing my friend’s surprise 40^th Birthday party. I hired ANTR for A/​V and DJ/​VJ. In order to pull off this surprise, I had to be off site on day of event for Load In. Diana is the BEST! Not only did she load this event in and have it ready to go on time — she rocked the house all night with her energetic DJ/​VJ skills. She knows how to read the crowd and keep the energy rolling.
Her professionalism through the planning process was truly appreciated. The lighting and video production was top notch and was the «WOW» factor that I was looking to achieve for the guests and especially the Birthday girl.

We hired Gil and Diana to dj our wedding several years ago. We were beyond disappointed. Our wedding was fantastic, but working with them was the least pleasant aspect of the entire event. Not only did they not play the music we specifically asked for, but their behavior was completely inappropriate. They also charged us more money at the very last minute after it was too late to hire someone else.

We hired A Night to Remember for a private White Party for lighting and a DJ. We were extremely happy with both. Diana was our DJ, and she did a fabulous job with reading the guests to keep them happy on the dance floor. They also did a wonderful job of setting up the lighting to give us the sophisticated dance club vibe we wanted. They really were a pleasure to work with. We will certainly use them again in the future!

I recently got married and Brooke was my wedding day-​of coodinator. She did a FANTASTIC job in all the right areas-​being friendly and welcoming to my family, bridal party, and guests; she took care of any problems (I didn’t even know about them until after our honeymoon so she did a great job of taking care of them and keeping me out of the stress!); she was great at making sure we were on the timeline, kindly pushing a bit when she needed to and also giving us the freedom to make our day our own; making sure my husband and I were being cared for in whatever way we needed, etc.
Not only was she great on that day, but in the days leading up to it, she took hold of all the decorations and said she would make sure they were all put where they needed to be, taking away a lot of stress off of me and my family.
Brooke really went above and beyond what I was expecting! My husband and I still talk about that day and how great it was! :) It really felt like her goal and motivation was to allow my husband and I to enjoy and remember that day as much as possible. :)

When I got married in 2011, they were the ones who did my DJ, lighting, and wedding coordination.
The coordination was super smooth, and Diana was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, was easy to get a hold of, and made the process so much easier.
Gil was in charge of the lighting, DJ, MC, and music. He was a great MC and made sure that my wedding flowed and wasn’t boring. The music was fantastic — I had given Gil a guideline of what music I wanted, and he went with it. Our venue looked phenomenal with the lighting that that they provided. It just made everything pop.
I also had used A Night To Remember for a lot of my corporate events — they were able to organize and run full scale corporate training sessions with multiple screens, switches, and audio setups. They traveled with me from city to city on multiple cross country trips, and each time we did it, the shows got better and better.
They are professional, fun, extremely knowledgeable, and have very fair pricing.

As a fundraising professional, I’ve used A Night To Remember for many of my fundraising events over the past several years. They have always delivered such stellar service that when I began planning my own wedding, it was a no-​brainer to give them a call.

It is so reassuring to work with Gil and Diana because they not only detail and plan the entire schedule of your event, but they also anticipate and fill any other event needs that you might have.
