History
Established in 1996.
Company began as Covered Parking Rental building covered parking structures. Rather than top the structures with steel decking, we began installing solar panels to not only provide shade but supply electricity to the facility. The parking structure also qualified for a 30% tax credit as it became a mount for the solar system.
We took our solar expertise into the residential market in 2009 and with innovative financing programs we are able to save homeowners from all the drawbacks of leasing.
