I am not sure what the other negative review is about, maybe from a competing complex?
I still decided to take the plunge, even though I seen the negativity here. I walked in with my 3 month old (crying on and off), and Anna Marie was as nice as could be. She was a little heavy on the selling pressure, but that is to be expected. Absolutely no complaints there, I was very happy with her.
There was a few things that needed repair when we moved in, but that was handled by Marcus with new replacement parts the very next day. So far so good, which is more than I could say about my other apartment in Mesa (Del Coronado), they ignored my maintenance requests.
I would take all the negative reviews with a grain of salt and at least go in a chat with the office, they are all very nice!
It has been 5 months and I am still as happy as a beaver.

The most miserable living experience I have ever had! The office manager is very rude. The apartments are far from «luxurious», more like outdated and no frills. My apartment was considered upgraded because it had an accent wall. I was literally sick the whole time I lived there (several ER visits as well as being hospitalized for 6 days due to respiratory problems I NEVER had prior to living there). I was never allowed to see the air quality report which leads me to believe they are hiding something. I have never taken the time to write a review for anything, but if this spares one person the misery I experienced at Ridgeview Apartments then it is worth it. Do yourself a favor and go to Four Peaks Condominiums instead. They are much nicer and the staff actually cares about the residents there.
