I had Marc draw up my will and trust 15 years ago and just realized I had never left him a Unilocal review. He made the process so easy for me, it was rather incredible. It was a reasonable one-time flat fee at the time, with all subsequent minor changes free of charge. The only time additional charges were applied was when I had to do make multiple revisions to the documents and had to sit down with him in person to cover everything. The whole process is a straightforward Q and A session and all turned out perfectly. On top of that, Marc is a very humorous and friendly person and has been available to me on a moment’s notice more than once. For anyone looking to draw up a will or trust, or with any estate issues for that matter, I very highly recommend Marc.

My parents had this. Piece of garbage write up their trust. He turned out to be a dishonest theif! He has turned my family lives upside down! I’m still dealing with mess 7 years later! He is such a scum bag. I don’t know what to do, it’s not enough for me that he’s in jail and lost his right to practice law. What about all he other clients that he has done this to? My wife and I have been clients of Marc for over 20 years and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere. Most of our interactions are by email and occasionally by phone, rarely in person. He is extremely efficient, smart, quick, and knowledgeable.
The one reviewer who called him «rude and abrupt» has a point, though I would re-cast that manner as «fast and wasting no words.» Marc is an excellent explainer and en even better doer. Do not expect formalities or niceties, he’s all action.
The speed with which he responds to questions and gets complicated documents done is unrivaled, in our opinion.

Abrupt, dismissive and rude. I contacted him for some help with my father’s estate and he let me know right away that it wasn’t a large enough estate for him to bother with. Now I remember why I hate lawyers.

Marc Weissman is the best Trust and Estate Planning Lawyer. He loves what he does and that is helping people. He explains all aspects of your trust in layman’s terms and spends alto of time with you. He makes sure that you understand your trust before you sign! Marc is very reasonable and works out of his home. He even takes weekend appts. All I can say is that my husband and I are very lucky to have Marc as our trust attorney.

Skips the legal mumbo jumbo and draws sketches of stick figures for you! Very knowledgeable in trusts /wills and has been used by more than one member of my family. He answers all questions in layman’s terms and goes over every possible stupid scenario like your entire genetic pool being wiped out in a plane crash! He takes meetings on weekends which worked well for us and works out of his home. His fees are very reasonable. Gets the job done. No BS.

All I have to say is that, Marc is a genius and a very wise man. He knows the law and loves to help his clients with their needs 100% of the time. I had a 5 ½ hours surgery set up with 2 different doctors for my sleep apnea issues last Friday. On Tuesday, I emailed him to see what I need to do in order for him to set up my trust before going to my surgery. He responded to my emailed in matter of minutes. We made an appointment and before I knew it he had everything set up with easy guidance for me to finish the final touches!
