I just met with Hon yesterday. He was early for the appointment and spent a long time showing me the property and answering all of my questions. I called him that evening with even MORE questions and then we texted back and forth to set up a second time to meet. Thus far, Hon has been kind, reponsive and funny — which I always super appreciate during potentially stressful interactions like finding an office!
I’ll update this review if anything changes (ie. getting stood up — what a bummer!), but as for now, Hon gets five stars from me.

Made an appointment with Hon Hui to see an apartment. He never showed up. He had my cell # and email and never bothered to let me know. OK, things happen. Then we rescheduled (no apologies) and AGAIN simply left us waiting outside. Called him and said it was «showing a unit» and would not be able to make it after all, and asked if we could go back 2 days later. I said SURE. Two days later and the guy is MIA.
Long story short, deadbeat agency with a crappy generic website. Don’t waste your time with this deadbeat scammer.
