2^nd worst Walmart I’ve ever been too. Mostly due to the customers, honestly. Some of the rudest and most careless people there. Customer service here is bad too though. Like any Walmart it is hard to get help here. Best going to any other Wally World in the area.

The staff is super RUDE!!! Underage and full of stupidity, don’t be surprised if they have conversations while checking you out, don’t say hello, talk to you with an attitude, slow as hell!

I continue to come to this location only because it close to my home. But this is not an alway thing. I continue to find the same thing every time. The employees doing there own thing and not paying attention to the customer.. Very dirty. Be Careful. Because cashiers will over charge you. Must be direction from the supervisor. How are going to charge you something you don’t even have there. It’s tricks they do to get sales in. Beware. !!
There name tags hang very low. So as try swipe your product threw there name tag swings across the scanner also.. I’ve see price tags stuck to there name tags. Beware I tell you. !!!

The only reason I continue going to this location is because its convenient. The people you see at this location can be entertaining, loud, and annoying. The lines are always long, but that’s every walmart! As for selection: I am able to find what I go there for. I like how they don’t change up their aisles or continously rearrange everything, which bugs the crap out of me when other locations do that (Precinct line).

What can I say about Walmart sometimes you just got to grab what you want hate the crowds hate the long lines but I got to do my shopping

This is the Walmart I most frequently shop at. Normally the experience is quite good and predictable for a Walmart shopping experience. Today WAS the exception. I was in the store mid-​morning and spent around an hour shopping for my needs. I got up to the checkout area and they had 2 full lanes opened, one set of self-​checkout lanes open and the «speedy, under 20 items, lane open. The line was absolutely backed up with shoppers trying to check out. There were two senior store managers watching the whole fiasco and just visiting. Finally they all walked over to the in-​store McDonalds to get coffee, leaving the shoppers in line waiting!
Finally after 30 minutes I left my card and just walked out. Several others had done the same thing! It was amazing to me that they had such bad customer service on this visit. One disclaimer, I am a Walmart stockholder. I am not proud of the company right now.

I have been going to Walmart all my life started with my mom. I like shopping at Walmart because you can get almost everything you want in one place. And you cannot beat the prices. I done the comparison shopping and Walmart have the loses price in town.
A lot of people bag on Walmart for no reason in my book. They say Walmart is too busy or the people that shop there are not of their standards or class. I say bull crap. I have been to other stores and the same types of people shop there. And I have to wait in line just as long.
I like this Walmart in Fort Worth. They do a good job keeping items on the shelf and the store clean. They are a busy store but that is good for business. And the service is fair and sometimes good you may get a worker that will speak to you. And that is the same at other stores.

Very very very RUDE staff especially the supervisor named Steve, i just came to return for your expired yogurt and he did not even apologize and he asked a really stupid question, «do you wanna return them» !!!
Plus, this isn’t the first time I get expired yogurts, but this is the third time and I have fed my kids an expired yogurt in one of these three occasions.

Ok folks, this is Walmart. Leave your pompous attitudes at home. (Yes I include myself in this.)
This is one of those places that everyone loves to hate. So I’ll comment on a few.
It’s too crowded.
Everyone complains about the crowds but have you been down the street to Kroger lately? At least at Walmart you can get a parking spot. Last time at Kroger we had to circle to get one.
The lines are too long.
Hey, been to Kroger or Albertson’s lately?
The service is bad.
Could the service be better? Yep it sure could. Would I rather have lower prices than the service? Oh HELL YES. I’m cheap and I don’t care who knows. If you want to pay 50% more for a can of corn, please go right ahead but I’d rather keep my money for more important things like beer and wine.
This place is too ghetto. (Are you talking about color? If so, you need to grow up.)
Oh come on now, even some of my «white clutter» relations like to use this line. I’ve got news for you so is almost every place in Fort Worth and Arlington. I’m not referring to the color of the skin but to the class of people. I think the new word is Redneck which when I was a kid pretty much meant White Trash.
If you want to spend more on the same items, feel free but for my money, I’ll keep shopping at Walmart.

Absolute worst walmart I’ve ever been to. On multiple occasions I’ve dealt with rude employees. Also, they never have enough staff and the lines are always ridiculously long. They usually only have about two registers open. If I could give them no stars I would. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

I am 62 years old and I have shopped at many different Walmart stores in Texas and in other states when I have traveled over the years. The level of service at this Walmart is the worst I have seen in more than 30 years. I shop here as a last resort. I live in the area and keep hoping the service will improve. I have listed below what I have experienced first hand.
1. Early this spring, I waited for more than 30 minutes for Walmart employees and manager to complete a return of a broken vacuum cleaner. The employee could not figure out how to get detail paper in the cash register … took 5 minutes … could not figure out how to credit account … 10 minutes … could not get manager to assist her with dilemma … 10 minutes … made errors in credit account process … 5 minutes … could not refund my money without approval of manager … 10 minutes. The employee was poorly trained/​incompetemt by Walmart management. THIS IS A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM. I asked the manager if I could speak to store manager to complain that it took more than 30 minutes to get this transaction completed and she said she cold not do that. She said she was in charge and thanked me for shopping at Walmart.
2. It is common to have customers lined up 5 and 6 and 7 buggies deep with checkers needing help from management and no manager to be found to help. I have seen people walk out of the store leaving their carts full of groceries … frustrated and angry.
It seems management does not care about the customer.
3. Self service registers are often not fully functional and no Walmart staff availabe to help when a problem arises. It seems management does not care about the customer.
4. It is not uncommon for mystery check out lines to appear. Lines open up and the checker does not turn on her light. People will run to these lines with no light and jump ahead of other people in line with a checker with the light on. I have also seen people run to these mystery check out lines and told that the line is closed that the light is not on and the line is closed. BUT … the checker had been checking out customers … lots of customers with the light off previosly. Saw man and his family walk out leaving 3 full buggies of groceries. He could get no help from management.
5. Early this week I was the 4 th customer in line. Customer 1 and 2 had about ²⁄₃ of a buggy each. Customer 3 had about 15 items. Customer 4 (Me) had about 15 items. It took 25 minutes to get checked out and get out of there. Checker could not process coupons for customers 1 and 2 without long delays. Checker could not get help from manager. She would turn on her help light and no manager ever came. She left her register 2 times to find somenone to help her. No manager responded to her until she went somewhere to get some help. Even the manager that tried to help her seemed confused about procedure to follow. AGAIN … It seems that Walmart does not train employees and managers to handle routine situations with skill and precision. THIS is a management problem.
I complained to the manager that assisted at the reigster that it took 25 minutes to get checked out. I explained that I was 4 th customer in line. Her response: «I can’t do anything about that … each customer is different.» I said it was obvious that there was a PROBLEM in line 8 and that she knew there was a problem (or should have known) and it took 25 minutes to get checked out. Her response: I can’t do anything about that … each customer is different.“
I will shop other Walmart stores … but not the one at 8401 Anderson Blvd. in Fort Worth, Texas

In continuing the tradition of having the lowest possible denominator of staff Walmart once again has proven to have a staff to give less of a darn about the customers then pretty much anyone else on the planet. And asking for assistance in two different areas one being patio the other one being produce I was told maybe go over there and then maybe we might maybe we don’t have to look. I think I have to work to find a less interested in being assisting staff, But he wants to go on that adventure.

Went to this Wal Mart after
said the item I was looking for was in stock. Wasted time and money going there only to find the item I was looking for was not really in stock. Was reminded of why I rarely shop at Wal Mart in the first place.

I can’t believe I am giving wal mart a 5 star review but Cesar in tire saved my life it’s icing outside I pull up in a donught on my car as he’s closing the door, I already exhausted all of my other options so it was wal mart or I couldn’t even attempt to drive to work in the ice tomorrow he told me he was closed I informed him he was my last hope in getting a tire and getting to work in the morning he didn’t even hesitate and helped me closing the doors behind me. Very courteous and more then helpful, if Walmart had more employees like this it could really shake the bad rep it has.

There wasn’t an option for no stars so I went with just one. This has to be the worst walmart I’ve ever been too. The whole place is so trashy and ghetto! People are rude and this is the example of what we call trailer park and ghetto trash. And they need cashiers, have a sign that says help wanted at least.

One of my least favorite Walmart’s in the area! Unorganized & frequently out of alot of things. Always crowded & never enough checkers.

It’s Wal-​mart. Don’t hate. You know you frequent the one closest to you because well. it’s cheap. You might feel cooler walking around with that Whole Foods paper bag but deep inside you’re kicking yourself in the balls because you just paid $ 5 for a head of cabbage. This particular one is a bit shady but it’s close to me so I just avoid going here at night. Don’t be the guy that gets mugged here at 2 am because in all honesty, wtf were you doing here at 2 am? :) Go shopping at normal hours and you’ll be ok :)

This is not the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to, but I try not to go here if I can help it. The parking lot is packed. And I have not found an employee there who knows where anything is… I know they’re not being paid enough, so they probably don’t give a crap where stuff is. But it’s just hilarious because it’s the same answer every time I’ve asked.
I think Walmart is the mothership for overly tired, hungry, and irritated babies. They’re probably ticked off because they hate it in there too! The self checkouts are never, and I mean never, open. So getting into and out of this Walmart is time consuming. So, not a favorite spot in the least.

It’s not often that I visit a Wal-​Mart. You know, because of the whole Being Evil thing and the health insurance scandal with their employees. That said, I’m packing for a trip, it’s extremely early in the morning, and I realize I have no clean socks. I suppose I could wash and dry a load of laundry, but that would be cutting it close. I can be in and out of Wal-​Mart and back home in half an hour. So what’s a man to do?
First off, even at 8 in the morning on Christmas Eve, Wal-​Mart is crowded. And apparently crowded with idiots. How can I tell? If you are the type of person who hovers around waiting for a parking spot and blocking up the flow of traffic, you’re an idiot. The only exception would be if you’ve driven around a couple of times and there are no spots to be found. That was not the case this morning. Two aisles were blocked by cars waiting for people to leave when there was another spot no more than 50 to 75 feet away. One of these cars sat there so long I had time to park at the far away spot (after squeezing around the offender), get out of my car, and walk back the 50 feet and pass the guy. Still sitting and waiting. A line of cars blocked.
Another thing I noticed in the Wal-​Mart – just a casual observation when walking to the sock section – it seems like every bra hanging in the store was large enough to hold my head. Seriously. I doubt there was a B cup to be found, except maybe in the section for children. Small underwear would have been shocking. No chance for XS.
Oddly enough, when I got to the Man Section, the belts seemed to be within the normal range. I mean, the rack went up to 50 inches, but the vast majority of options were in the low to mid 30 inch range.
