The Wag Pack is trained on all products and we even have an in-​house nutrition manager, Kirstie!

Your dog’s health is our first concern. Wag wants you and your dog to LOVE their food. If you’re not happy, we aren’t either. Bring back the remaining food and we will gladly refund or replace it! For hounds on a budget, take advantage of the various frequent buyer programs Wag offers and keep in mind that we match competitor pricing!

History

Established in 2012.

Inspired by her best friend and shop dog Sage, Hannah saw a need for a specialty store that provided quality, unique products to Fort Worth dogs and their people.

Sage, being as cool and hip as she is, didn’t want to look like all the other dogs at the dog park and after further research, Hannah discovered that Fort Worth was in dire need of a store that carried quality dog food. Wag opened its doors in June of 2012 and has since been collaring the market on doggie cool. The rest is history!

Born and raised in Cowtown, Hannah is a true Fort Worthian! Hannah graduated from TCU in 2010 and her purple pride runs almost as deep as her Texas roots! Hannah has loved all animals since birth, yet dogs will forever be Hannah’s favorite because they have an intuition, loyalty, and joy, unlike any other creature!

Modern stuff for mutts! I purchased an earth-​friendly hemp Dog Toy Storage bin from Wag for my home. My dog loves the baked pizza flavored treats!

This is such a cute dog store! They have lots of apparel for you pets. University apparel, bow ties, collars/​harness, tons of different toys, bowls. They have baked good for your pet as well. I have to admit some of the stuff is pretty pricey. I did buy a dog bowl for my dogs. The fun feeder which is a healthy slow feeding bowl, I’ve been wanting one for awhile, it cost me $ 17, and it’s a mini. Lots of holiday things for your pet! The staff is super friendly!
I would come shop here for their dog snacks and a certain harness brand I saw. But everything else I can purchase less at petsmart/​petco. But if you can spend the extra money go for it. Their collection is def diff than any other pet store.

I visited Wag this morning for the first time. Adorable boutique… Loved the variety of unique dog collars/​leashes and accessories! I bought a dog cupcake «pupcake» for my picky pug… And he LOVED it! I can’t wait to go back and pick up a dog éclair for him!

Really disappointed in this place. Tried to schedule my dog’s birthday party there. I emailed, FBed, and called. I didn’t get a response until I AFTER posted a negative review on FB, and even then they had the details wrong. That’s really poor customer service. I cancelled the birthday cake I ordered through them and they gave me a refund which was good. Then called me a week later to say the cake was ready for pick-​up. The way this business is run seems to be very poor and disorganized. They are not the friendliest dog bakery/​boutique. They are quick to offer free things and discounts when they screw up. But I’d rather have excellent customer service from the beginning and not have a discount thrown at me after I’m already disappointed. I have not returned and we are having my dog’s party at another dog bakery where the owner remembered our names after ONE visit and she’s so excited for the party!

I came into Wag after a morning of dealing with a sick dog and less than great customer service at Blue Buffalo. My dog became sick after eating blue, which he has been on since he was a puppy. I did research all morning looking for a food and found Orijens. A friend told me that Wag carried it. I called the store to ask if they had it in stock and talked to an amazing employee who told me all he knew about Orijen. He even offered to take down my number so he could pass it along to their nutritionist, who could explain more in depth about the new food, it’s benefits, and transitioning him to his new one. The customer service was amazing, I even left with a few samples of treats for Stanley!
The employee who helped me also told me about a canned pumpkin that will help settle his tummy. My dog is my baby, so for anyone to talk about and treat him like I do is amazing and I genuinely appreciate the help in getting my dog a better food and helping him feel better.

Wag is an adorable boutique for dogs and up until a couple weeks ago, I could never go because of their hours.
They’ve got a cute little bakery for dogs filled with delicious treats any human would mistake as food for themselves. They’ve also got a wide array of cute little hats, ties, clothing and designer collars. Personally, I think most of it is overpriced but oh so cute! Walk to the other side and they’ve got your essentials like dog food and treats as well as dog beds and food/​water bowls. If you are in or around the W 7th street area and have a playful pooch, I highly recommend you stop in and check it out.
Now they are open an extra hour later (6pm) and on Sundays!

I love this place! The owner and staff is beyond friendly. They have amazing dog bakery treats that my dogs flip out over. I did a paint, wag and wine event here and it was outrageously fun! They sell everything you can image for your dog and a lot of really trendy stuff. I recommend that you say hi to Rue, the store mascot. Adorable dog and adorable store!

Friendly staff, neat little store, only drawback is food selection not as great as I would’ve liked. There are various other brands of dog food they could carry that qualify for high-​quality, boutique dog store worthy. I was surprised they only carry 3 or 4 brands.

It was my first time visiting Wag. It caters to those pet obsessed, which luckily for me, I am! I purchased a dog bed duvet and mesh inner lay bag. My dogs love it! It allows you to fill the dog bed with items that smell like you. It has really helped with my dog that has very severe separation anxiety. The staff was very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I can’t wait to go back!

So you could say I’m obsessed with my dog… just slightly… okay a lot. I’m one of those freaky dog owners who life revolves around their 4 legged child. My dog Sweet Pea is a hairless chinese crested chihuahua mix, so she literally has wardrobe that outshines and outnumbers mine X 1million. I was THRILLED when I heard Fort Worth was finally getting a doggy boutique. Fast forward to Wag opening and my dreams had been exceeded! Wag has sooooo much more than just clothes (But the clothes/​harnesses/​collars are adorable and amazing!!) literally anything you could ever need for your pup, whether big or smaller. The owner is a gem, you can tell she and her staff LOVE what they do, and truly take the time to get to know you (and your dog!) and help with anything they can! Sweet Pea continues to be spoiled rotten and fashionable as can be thanks to WAG!

As first time dog owners, this store (and it’s people) were life-​savers. Hannah and her staff were so helpful in making sure we were ready for anything our little pup needed. They gave us amazing recommendations on local trainers, and really only set us up with things we needed in the near future; steering us away from more costly items they felt our dog wouldn’t appreciate/​totally demolish at this time in his life. Their merchandise, cleanliness, and customer service is far and above any thing you will find at a national chain. Take your furry friend and see for yourself!
