After almost 15 years in medical sales Ted decided to start the first Two Maids & A Mop franchise in Texas. Ted has always been passionate about communication and customer service. The main reason he decided to open a Two Maids & A Mop was because of the Pay-​For-​Performance plan. The Pay-​For-​Performance plan promotes communication and makes the customer’s satisfaction the most important thing for everyone in the company. When Ted is not growing his Two Maids & A Mop franchise he is coaching his two girl’s soccer team and enjoying being a Texan!
