Total dive bar on the circle. Great bartenders. Good specials. They don’t take out of state ID’s. It’s going to be full of regulars and it’s smoking. There’s a few pool tables, couches, booths, tables and a bar covered in funny pics. It’s more of a service industry crowd. Crystal is my fav bartender :) Best drinking place on the circle. Thumbs up on the interwebs jukebox!

Good old fashioned neighborhood bar. Cheap drinks. Nice bartenders ;) NOT where you go when you’re wearing a suit. Its where you go after work(remove the jacket and tie if needed) or after spending the day working on the house, shopping, to watch the game, or see your old friends. The regulars are good people and want to know who you are and what your story is.

Dive bar that some friends like to visit. Nothing but regulars while we were here. Interesting place and seems like it could be a fun spot on any other night besides a Sunday.

So this is my first review after using Unilocal for about a month. I’m new to the DFW area and have been using the Unilocal app every weekend to find new bars and restaurants. Just about every location I’ve Unilocaled has been great so I figure why not contribute. I came across Tiff and Andi’s by searching dive bars in For Worth via Unilocal.Having been a bartender for 5 years throughout college I’m critical of every bar I visit and critique in my head the service, overall appearance, ambience/crowd, service and every aspect of my visit. I feel more at home at a dive bar than the downtown FW scene or yuppie TCU bars. Although Tiff and Andi’s is in the center of the TCU area, the mood is apparent when you walk in. The place is dark, smoky, has random stickers and all the other signs of a dive. They carry about 5 draft beers which they had all for $ 3 a pint. A modest selection of liquor which ran about $ 6.50 for premiums(and by premium I mean Crown, 1800, Absolut, you wont find any Patron Platinum or lavish drinks like that). Straight up 2 ounces per drink, the shot of well tequila was $ 3.50 and was easily a double at most bars. The bar tender(Christy, i think was her name) was super cool. I knew she was great when a customer told her the drink was too weak, as to which Christy replied, «the only thing stronger here is my PIMPHAND, so which do ya want?» CLASSIC! I explained to her I was new to the area and she openly welcomed me and dubbed Tiff and Andi’s my new home bar, what a champ. As far as entertainment, there’s a Touch Tunes Juke Box and 1 pool table, which was used the whole time I was there, kind of a downer since I enjoy playing pool while drinking. As the night went on the crowd grew larger but never any problems with the ambiance, if your used to dives I would definitely give Tiff and Andi’s a try. Overall they have strong, cheap drinks and a chilled atmosphere.

So you know in the movie Roadhouse when Patrick Swayze(RIP) throws the smack down Tai Chi style to keep peace and order in the Double Deuce? Well that bar… is Tiff and Andi’s…without Patrick Swayze and the violence. Ok, I just wanted to reference Roadhouse, whatever. Located in Blue Bonnet circle… great area. Lots of bars, food and you can walk anywhere over there. I friggin LOVE this bar. LOVE! It’s a dive, its dirty, drinks are strong as f*ck and its fabulous. Pool table area. Few booths and high top tables. Incredibly smokey. Don’t go here if you hate 2nd hand smoke. I had to go outside at one point my eyes were hurting from it all. I’ve seen everything from cowboys to after wedding drinking parties, to a bride at her bachelorette party dressed as a vampire(penis headband and all). Never overcrowded. I think its a special clientele, you’ll notice the regulars, they sit at the bar. Everyone else is just wasted and has no idea what day it is. I’ll have another…

I can’t believe I’m only the second one to write a review! This is my favorite place to go meet up with pals and have a drink. Everyone that works here goes out of their way to remember you(what you’re drinking or whatever and your name on your tab) and they just seem genuinely happy to have you business.(unlike that other bar on Bluebonnet circle). It’s nice becuase so many places act like you’re stressing them out by needing to order a drink or pay your tab. Not T&A’s. It’s not an obnoxious crowd there either. Mainly regulars– not squealing 21 year old girls or anything like that.

Went there on a Tuesday night after a long day. Dunno if it does get busy but when I met up with some friends after work there weren’t too many people which was fine with me. Very relaxed atmosphere. Cool ass bartenders and regular clientele that knew each other by name. Nice neighborhood where you could have a cold one and relax. If you live in the area, you should definitely check this place out.
